Royce is nice player but he’s absolutely needs to be traded for whatever 2nds we can get. All his minutes should be going to Fleming and back up C minutes to Malauch.

Yep. They should be evaluating young players, not looking for veterans who might make them marginably better. (I'm also looking at you Grayson Allen)

Getting Green back will help, but they're still light years from the best teams in the West (OKC, Denver, LA Clippers, Golden State, Minnesota, Houston)

Welp at least the rookies made their debut. That's about all the good takeaways from this game.

Seems like a guy like Jared Butler could be helpful on a night like this

Dillon Brooks leads us in scoring with 21 and in shots with 17 (made 7 of them). He drives the lane and gets into trouble a lot and then throws up these weird flat jumpers and floaters that clank badly off the side of the rim. I feel like he would be a really good player if he could just actually make some of these shots or make better decisions out of those plays. But he's been in the league for a while and I think this is what he is. I think I am going to be complaining about him a lot this year.

He’s reverting to Memphis Brooks because we don’t have other scoring options

Pretty dispiriting loss but it did loom as a bad game for us with Clips coming off a stinker and returning home. Green may not be a great player but we do need his speed and shot making
