7 turnovers for Bledsoe, that one for an easy layup.

Not a thing of beauty, but a win is a win.

This team is not Jekyll and Hyde from game to game, it's Jekyll and Hyde WITHIN the same game.

GO SUNS!

I know Hornacek is getting annoyed with some of Goodwin's lapses but damn he needs to keep playing him and TJ.

I missed this game too, due to just being moved into a new house in Santa Clara. So I had to watch the box score on my phone and then look at the highlights/recap online after. I was really happy to see Goodwin come up so big at the end; that's huge for his confidence. And Morris is clutch in the 4th yet again. Plus another big game from Tucker. Everybody who wants to ship out Kieff and Tucker is overlooking that these guys are capable of winning basketball games. I think they could be important pieces on the right roster.

Sadly, OKC also wins tonight, so they're still 2.5 games up on us with about 11 games left to play in the season. Sure looks like the playoffs ain't happening unless OKC totally folds and loses 6 straight or something.

But we don't have that roster. And building a roster around guys that need a certain type of roster to be worth it, seems backwards.

That said, that was another clutch shot by Keef. I know everyone knew it was going in as soon as it left his fingers. Even over a 7 footer.

Just re-watched the 4th Q before my kids wake up for school and Goodwin was really impressive. He made a big shot driving to the basket with 3 minutes to go, made that clutch 3-pointer, then made that great entry pass to Keef for the clutch Keef jumper. I thought the ticky-tack foul they called on him for Chandler was crap. Also that charge on Bledsoe? Was even more crap. Ellis sold the hell out of that thing.

If we want to keep Tucker and the Morrises, but we also want TJ and Archie to play, PJ's going to have to play a lot of 2 for us, as he has over the past couple weeks. Ideally, we'd add one more big to the rotation, but otherwise, we'd trot out the same team as this season.

Don't know how I feel about that.

Mori, I was moving too this weekend. Got hired on with a different company and moved from the Peoria / Arrowhead area down to Tucson. Working for Symantec. They had the movers move everything. Spent the entire weekend unpacking and situating.

We haven't been bad with PJ at the two. We are an ugly, defensive oriented team with him playing there, but it does produce opportunities for wins.

It seems our offense is basically Bledsoe driving and dishing only if he is completely cut off, the Morri going one-on-one and shooting contested jumpers (albiet making more than I would expect), and the occasional three from whoever is open.

Playing Dallas and the Steve Nash retirement thread leads one to speculate about Dirk Nowitzki. He doesn't look like he has too much mileage left. unless he wants to play as a backup stretch 5.

MoBros last 5: Keef 46%fg 18/8/3 - Mook 43%fg 14/9/4 (some people would pay Draymond Green 12m+ per for these numbers.) Our team rebounding has gone up significantly as well. Weird run we're on.
