I'm just super stoked Marcus is gone. If Tucker is next I'm totally fine with losing out on LMA.

Hmm. Keiff actually is a good player - he may mature more - but with them split who knows. I think we have to be careful cause TC is good in context but giving up stuff for him in S&T without LMA is questionable, unless it's scraps, Like the detroit deal = scraps , so it's perfect .

Can't move Markeiff until you know LMA is coming. Markeiff can play and would be a good fit opposite Chandler. You have to wonder now tho how happy he'll be with his brother shipped off. Wonder what that convo was like this afternoon.
Woj also saying the Heat want to get into the LMA talks. Not sure what they'd offer. Bosh? And is Hassan Whiteside a center he wants to play next to?

So....is it fair to say I told you so to everyone who kept clamoring we couldn't trade Marcus without Markieff, that it was a package deal? I mean Kieff is prob on his way out too to some place different, but I remember people saying no team would want them without each other.
They aren't joined at the hip people.

ALSO - if we aren't coming from a place sticky of needing to clear space -- I feel like we can get some small asset for TUCKER to a playoff team . He would be great 6th man / specialist for a squad in contention

The Lakers get a 2nd meeting? That goes against what everyone is saying in terms of them being out of it.

On paper it isn't going to be any favorite but who knows how it will gel. Plus we still have four young guys any of which could turn into very good players. I don't think it will take too much to package Kieff and Tucker. Those guys plus what already went out isn't much to pay for LMA.
We also have two solid guards and if they don't work out we could trade one of those plus draft picks, which we have a few extra, for another good player.
I still think LMA goes to the Spurs but if we manage to sign him it will be worth the cost in my opinion.

The Suns aren't discussing any deals for guard Eric Bledsoe, because he's a part of the appeal for Aldridge. Aldridge wanted Bledose in Wednesday's meeting, because he wanted a chance to meet and get to know him.
The Suns surprised Aldridge by bringing Chander into the meeting and informing him they had agreed on a deal with Chandler. If Aldridge wanted to stay, Portland had considered signing Chandler as part of the free agent's preferred supporting cast, sources said.

Love Markeiff saying it's a foul game. Jerkoff...you reward the organization that gave you tens of millions of dollars by beating someone down and catching an aggravated assault charge. You're up next...

Not to mention a team that last year at this time was hyping you and your brother up to be the next big thing. The only disrespect came from them in their response to all of that. Yelling at the coach and wracking up technicals. It really is kinda sad how it all turned out.

I really hope they can work it out with Kieff, but the rumor is if they sign Aldridge Dallas would take Tuck and Kieff in a S&T.
I think tucker is gone regardless. He would of only helped in the LMA meeting, but if they didn't bring him it's pretty safe to say they don't see him as part of the future.

Any guesses when LMA makes his decision? Tomorrow? Saturday? During Comic Con? Hope not.
