But I’m not watching…so I can’t make any claims. Sometimes his best games for us were when he didn’t put up stats.

He said "through the third quarter."

So the stats were right…he just misspoke on where it was in the game.

^ Fake stats. Lol.

Ayton has been incredible tonight. DPOY-level performance. Very active and high intensity tonight. He's only gotten himself open 35 times on offense tonight also--teammates just ignoring him.
Are we watching the same game or are you rewatching ‘21 playoff highlights again?

I think you must be watching a game from last season with Nurkic playing center.

He's not been close to incredible in this game.

Ayton with 6/11/0 and a -18(Did have 2 steals)

Biyombo with 8/11/4 with 3 blocks and a +18

Hmmm

I would’ve been happy with Biz over Bol

Biz has a more useful skill set…he’s not playable in the playoffs either though

At least Ayton got to the line tonight. Oh, wait, no he didn’t. 0-0. JJJ was 4-6 from the line and Biyombo 2-2. In Biyombo’s 26 minutes, he has one FT less than Ayton in his 6 games to start the season.

The stat line I posted is when the third quarter was still ongoing, hence, through the third quarter.

He’s literally the same player, just more engaged on defense and without a pass-first PG spoon-feeding him shots. 0 assts/3 TOs, 0 FTAs.

Dude, he can’t pass himself the ball. How is he supposed to score if his teammates look him off?

I thought he’d see a bump in his scoring with Brogdon moving into the starting lineup. He did have his best scoring game last time out, but looks like it didn’t stick.

I did not realize Memphis closed the game on a 26-2 run. Portland was up 98-86 and lost 112-100…yikes

How can he get assists if the ball doesn't go through him? He has shown some great passing this season, and some much improved dribble moves. He just needs that "expanded offensive role" from what he had in Phoenix that Chauncey promised. So far it hasn't materialized. As for the PG, DA and Scoot were starting to develop some great chemistry before Scoot's injury.
