There's little chance Anzejs will be there at #32. He's been performing well in workouts and hype is starting to build around him.

I like Dillon Brooks, Semi Ojeleye, Rabb if he's there for some reason (DX has him at 31?), Caleb Swanigan, Tony Bradley, and Josh Hart. Not in order that's just a group of guys I like for #32. Swanigan and Bradley would be great fits imho and both could step into the backup C role and contribute something right away.

likely true, both him Jeanne seemed like draft and stash options during the year.
Everyone saw Jeanne at the combine and despite him being somewhat raw and super skinny, everyone now seems to have Rudy Gobert in their eyes

Anzejs seems to be benefitting from KPZ comparisons coming out of NY. Though the two are not that similar (Anzejs looks strictly like a C)
He also put in some good performances later in the year which there are some good youtube clips of. Are the suns bringing him in for a workout?

I don't think Anzejs will be there anymore, but Jordan Bell is my other hope although, same problem. After that, Josh Hart, Bam,...

Bradley is a C that was a McDonald's All-American last year and North Carolina's first one-and-done in a long time. He'd be a lottery pick if he came out next year but he's coming out a little early. I had heard he was looking for a 1st round promise in order to stay in the draft. Maybe he got one in which case he wouldn't be there at #32 anyway. He's 6' 10" 250 lbs with a 7' 4" wingspan. He didn't play a lot of minutes but his offensive rebounding rate of 18.7 would have lead the country.

Swanigan we've talked about a lot on here. I know you hear it all the time but his work ethic is supposedly unparalleled. He turned himself into a double-double machine after his freshman year to the tune of 18 & 13 this season. His biggest problem right now is that he can't defend the pick & roll. He's going to be a project defensively and may never get there. There's a lot to like to his offensive game though even if he's a bit undersized. I think you can do worse than both of them as 2nd rounders.

I truly want to walk away from this draft with a specimen at C/PF, but it seems the likes of Anigbogu, Adebayo, Jordan Bell (is a junior, though), etc are climbing in mock drafts and it's doubtfull they'll be available at #32.

At the moment, Caleb is still projected at that range, and I'd gladly take him, but I wouldn't bet on him remaining an early second round pick (would make a terrific pick for the Spurs at #29).

Take a look at Cameron Oliver's shotblocking. Then notice that he shoots 38% on threes at five attempts per game.

Probably doesn't need to be said but the next time Jordan Schultz gets something right will be the first time.

Yea that Shultz is a clown. BUT, if the lakers do take Fox (who I think is rising fast) and the Sixers take Jackson....we could have a shot at Ball. I think you have to take him there.

I highly doubt Ball would get past the Sixers if they kept their third pick.

A Portland pick can be had if the Suns were willing to take on a contract of a previous Inf favorite. I would love to see the Suns get ahead of the Lakers late in the 1st round.

but, either LA wants Ball so bad that they are playing needless mind games so he doesn't go #1

they really have strong doubts and this is pressure for Ball to step up and for his father to step down

at 4, of course, it may be too hard to pass, IF you believe both he and his father learned enough from their exercise in egocentric idiocity

if he's there at 4, and the suns are quick, they could score big by trading the pick!

my guess is, Magic is smart enough to know that a swift kick in the Balls is needed to make this situation work for the Lakers
