I wasn’t really disagreeing with you…just seems a little funny to me that we needed to start our replacement plan before our current plan had even started.

Hali also could have easily played with CP3, so I don’t think there was any excuse to pass on him.

This Finals has been really enjoyable so far. I just find myself (a) groaning and wishing we'd drafted Haliburton; and (b) (slightly more realistically) wishing we could somehow get TJ McConnell. Indy has an embarrassment of riches at PG. It's like ... they are starting Penny Hardaway and they have Temu Steve Nash coming off the bench.

McConnell is fine, but he's a finishing piece to a contending roster.

Andrew Nembhard is the guy I'd try to pry away from the Pacers for a team looking to build something.

This.

McConnell is not a starting PG.

Wow, huge win for the Pacers. Up 2-1 and two wins from a title. 22/11/9 for Haliburton; 27 points for Mathurin; McConnell with 10/5 and 5 steals. Crowd was loud and rowdy the whole game. It is fun to watch two teams with such enthusiastic fan bases; I wish we had that in our home crowds.

The Pacers bench was awesome last night, particularly Ben Mathurin, TJ McConnell, and Obi Toppin.

I really enjoy watching the Pacers. They are seemingly at a talent disadvantage every series, especially against OKC. But they play with energy and effort, and it's winning them games. Their defense has been incredible. I would love that on the Suns. We Ott to see it next season.

Are the Pacers actually gonna do this? I am so excited.

Really exciting series to this point.

"Fans" who don't watch the "non-glamour" teams are missing out

I wore my Suns shirt and PJ pants tonight, and I posted a pro-Indy post too soon. I mega-jinxed it and won this game for OKC.

Scott Foster wasn't gonna let the favorite lose. We all know this.

I kinda don't want Indy to win just because they would be yet another team to win a championship before the Suns. At least the Thunder (Sonics) technically have.

Myles Turner is such garbage. I don’t know why everyone still says they wish we had traded for him. How can a starting center playing 30 mpg in the playoffs average 4.8 rebounds per game?

How can one average less than 1 block a game and less than 2.5 fta?

Turner also only makes 19 million.

Indiana kind of disintegrated on their own there at the end with the missed FTs and the fouls before the ball was inbounded.

And shot nearly 40% on 5.5 3PA per game.

The Thunder don't recognize the Seattle title. Probably the only considerate thing that ownership group has done for Seattle.

You shut your whore mouth! The Thunder are NOT the Sonics, and they have no titles. The Sonics are dormant. In a few years when the NBA expands, they will return.
