Oh, Ayton, you silly goose.

It’s comments like this from Ayton that make me wonder if the guy has actual mental disabilities. There is no way he watches himself and a tape of Kevin Garnett and thinks the 2 are playing with the same tenacity and engagement, unless all he watches are his YouTube highlight reals. He is probably bipolar or something.
Yeah, I don’t think it’s a disability. I think it’s a mental disconnect. It’s been pretty consistent too. The whole dominAyton thing for example.

McDonough and Sarver probably ate that shit up in pre-draft interviews, though.

They obviously didn’t have any professional mental evaluations.

Actually, they did, and bragged about it. Just because somebody’s a professional doesn’t mean that what he does has merit. Some of them are just bullshit artists.

Coincidentally, Deandre Ayton is also a bullshit artist.

Guys I think I am going to be physically sick.

I knew a game like tonight’s was coming from him and bet on it happening last night. If I had bet on it tonight, I would have turned $10 into $1,000.

*cue the jokes about my “one game too soon” rule*

The odds will never be that good again this season likely. He had lulled everyone to sleep and it was the perfect time to bet on him. I just was off by a game lol.

45 games in still hasn’t led his team in scoring in a game

I didn’t know that. Whoever did it should be fired.

Remember when they fired like half the scouting team? 😂 bet it happened there.

Gotta acknowledge the good too. Ayton with 18 and 17 in an OT win over the Rockets last night. He was even 2-2 from the line! :D

Glad for the dude. Hope he continues but this is where the frustration lies with him… he’s fully capable, when he wants to. Just wish he could have stayed engaged full time and not been such a headcase.

Someday something's gonna happen that will make Ayton snap and light a fire under his ass. Like, Joel Embiid will say, "DA isn't even that good at Call of Duty." and big fella is going to get so mad and become a 22 and 15 guy every night.

Well, at least I don't have to hold my breathe anymore waiting for that to happen.

Well... lets see what happens contract year. I can see him turning it up the last couple months of the season. Mr. Max doesn't want to be Mr. MLE.

Sure, there will be spurts. We've seen them. But consistency is something we've never seen.

Update: Yeah now the same bet on the same site only turns $10 into $400, despite the fact that it’s even less likely he does it again tonight, for the second straight game.
