I still don't see why Philadelphia never moved to bring Fredette in. I think that would have been a great fit.

He seems genuinely hurt that we did not do everything we could to keep him. I will miss the guy, but honestly if another team was willing to offer him 4/$32, it's best for all sides for him to take it and leave. He's probably just answering questions honestly, from a media with an agenda... He obviously loves Phoenix and wanted to be here, and that stands out a lot more from his statements, IMO, then any bit of whining or justifying. I'm sure if we offered him something fair with a *no trade clause* he may have taken it. His whole thing is, its a business, why take a discount to stay, when there is no guarantee that you will actually get to stay?

He didn't say the Suns should have offered it, just that he thinks Frye would have taken it.
