I think he's fine. He's taken a break but longer than just the summer.

It’s a dick move, either way. I used to be a big LeBron fan but after he went to the Lakers that kind of helped cure it for me lol.

Btw, if LeBron is still on the Lakers to start the season, it will be the longest he’s ever stayed with one team.

I will be exceedingly happy if Ayton sucks for LAL and they spiral into being a crappy team. BUT! As stated previously, I would rather have him play fairly well for them for one season and THEN get a big contract from them and THEN start to suck. That would be just glorious.

Doubtful. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I hate all three L’s: LeBron, Luka, and the Lakers, so it will definitely be hard to cheer for him in any meaningful way, other than on an individual basis.

For some reason I can’t really remember how I felt about Steve Nash on the Lakers, perhaps because he didn’t play many games for them.

There was so much hope for him during that season. Sad.

Ayton would be a top 10 player in the league if he only even liked basketball a little bit. I remember being so excited when he was drafted and Shaq said something along the lines, "...now go break all my records..." And he definitely flashed the potential at times. And the Valley Oop will always be high on the list of awesome Suns moments for me.

Y'all really can't keep Ayton's name out of your mouths, can you? Even to the point of violating Mori's new rule about not mentioning Ayton except in this thread. SMH.

Seriously? How many hundreds of times do we have to go over this? I've been a known Suns fan online since I was a kid in 1999. That's literally almost three decades of posting about the Suns lol.

But I guess it was all just some giant conspiracy I cooked up when Deandre Ayton was a 1-year old baby in the Bahamas, to make all of you think I was actually a Suns fan when in reality I was just an Ayton fan, but would not start mentioning him until 19 years later?

Like I said before, this place just keeps getting weirder.
