I'd like to move Tucker for the simple fact that I really would like to see Warren get 25-30mins per game. But I'm not moving him just to move him...I think at the deadline and next off-season P.J. Becomes enticing not only to contenders looking to add depth, but to teams looking to shed payroll.
Without Marcus, Warren is going to get lots of minutes. He is the only backup behind Tucker (and thats if TJ doesn't start) but you can also bet that he is going to get PF minutes, with Leuer as Keef's only backup.

We need to keep Tucker just for the depth, unless we can trade him for a similar player.

if mcdo is serious about making the playoffs, sign amare to a 2/10mil offer to come off the bench.

Two guys I'd be interested in bringing in: Teletovic and Mbah a Moute.

Mirza's percentages scare me. I wouldn't mind LRMAM but only if we move Tucker. I want Warren getting plenty of time this year without playing out of position at backup PF.
Go Suns!

I think Mbah a Moute works best as a small ball 4. You can play him with Warren. The issue with him is that he'd be adding another non-shooter to our roster.

Mbah a Moute is kind of redundant with PJ.

I'd take a pass at Jimmer to be honest. Jimmer, Dorrell Wright, Jason Smith, Darrell Arthur.

I love me some Jimmer. I'd love to take a chance on him, though he doesn't play a position of urgent need for us. We do desperately need more shooting up and down the roster.

I like Jason Smith. Honestly, the Suns could have just signed him and kept their 2nd rounder instead of giving it up for Leuer.

I like those names as well.

Mbah a Moute is a good lockerroom guy too. The Suns could have achieved an improved culture with a few conservative signings and strategic (and bold) trades. They didn't have to sink $13 mil a year in a declining veteran.

I tend to agree, though $13m isn't going to be quite as scandalous under the new cap.

Me too. One of the neat things about the globalization of the game is the cool names.

It is like you never want us to be good again.

Len is far from a sure thing but if he does hit it will be really big for us.

Has anyone pining for Jimmer actually watched him play since he's been drafted?

I'm not pining but I wouldn't mind adding him. I saw him quite a bit with New Orleans. He's actually adding more to his game. If you take this highlight for instance you can see he's been working on getting his shot off in the lane, floaters, spin moves etc. He's improved.

I'd rather take a flyer on John Jenkins.

Or *start him* and let Kieff play the 6 man role. Chandler is an anchor and can cover for Amare's defensive lapses. No one has ever doubted Amare's ability to put the ball in the bucket. We could more or less try to replicate Dallas title run.

If only we had an elite traditional point guard to pass him the ball.... where could we have gotten one of those from?

Knight 5/70
Bledsoe 4/57 (remaining of 5/70)
Dragic 5/90

Rank the contracts.
