Bledsoe at $12 Mil a year or Parsons at $10 Mil a year? I know we could have both but I'm curious what the board would choose.
Bledsoe. And thanks for the props. You rock bud.

Bledsoe at 12m would be a bargain at this point. I think a team like the Lakers will want to pay him 15m or more and we'll lose him.

T.J. Warren, Tyler Ennis hoping to add to chemistry
On nearly each scorching June weekday that a millionaire could be anywhere, Suns executives and coaches descend from their US Airways Center offices and find eight to 10 of their roster players working out or doing drills on the practice court.

The Suns captured a community of chemistry and commitment last season and wanted to find a match for that in Thursday night's draft.

Judging from where first-round picks T.J. Warren of North Carolina State and Tyler Ennis of Syracuse were last year, that part will be a layup.

Their value as the 14th and 18th picks will take years to prove but their character, work ethic and ability to improve already played out to be in the position of holding up Suns jerseys on Friday.

"The best type of players that are out there are the guys who love the game, love to play and are willing to work hard and get better," Suns coach Jeff Hornacek said. "We see that in these two guys."

I rather let him go in such case and go after Monroe with our own inflated proposal. Better to overpay for a big man than a guard. There is always a market for taking bad contracts attached to size. Last year Greg Oden collected checks for wearing a fancy suit on Heat's games, Bynum not even had to do so much.

The way Sarver's talking in the interview 'Bone linked to, we're keeping both Bledsoe & P.J.

Where he plans to spend the extra cap space beyond those two (assuming he signs FAs before he signs Bledsoe & P.J.), nobody knows.....

Bazemore is a defensive specialist SG. Not a bad option for an end of the bench player.

Keeping Bledsoe will be really tough. Whatever we pay him, Dragic is (rightfully) going to want.

Just can't let Bledsoe go for nothing since I see that as leading to a big step back. You can't just let valuable assets go for nothing. Essentially that would mean we gave up gortat Dudley and change for a late 1st rounder and some cap space. I'd be upset if all we did with that cap space was resign fry and tucker + rooks. Sorry if I'm being short sighted

I'm fine with a JJ type deal if he is wanting too much. I wouldn't mind an upgrade at pf either. How much power do we have in regards to instigating a sign and trade?

Depends on the team targeting Bledsoe and its cap situation, but first the player needs to want to sign there, so we don't exactly hold all the cards.

Here is an article from Woj.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/suns-to-pu ... 46302.html

I really don't want those two. I just don't think Melo is someone that can carry a team through the playoffs. He just has to take hard shots all the time. To his credit he makes a decent amount of them. I just think any player that can't or won't be part of a pick and roll is going to have a hard time in the NBA.

As for Lebron it would almost be like cheating to bring in the best player in his prime to try and win a championship. I know we did the same thing with Chuck and I loved that at the time but man Lebron rubs me the wrong way.

The good news is that I seriously doubt Lebron would pick us.

All things being equal, we're as attractive as any team as that article states. I like that we have a plan and are trying to get a meeting. Getting a meeting could legitimize us as a free agent destination. If they turns us down even for a meeting it could hurt the city as being too small for FAs of their stature. Still, you gotta be in it to win it.

I'm no fan of LBJ's personality, but I'm certainly not going to sit here and say I dont want him. Same goes for Melo.
Love, Hurts.
