It stinks that Leonard and Butler may leave the Eastern Conference. It was nice having 3 legit contenders in the East.

I don't understand why Brooklyn was so fixated on Irving. Is it just because of Durant? I think it would have been better to target Kawhi and Butler.

But maybe that means Milwaukee won’t even need Brogdon

He's local. I don't think they've had a local star play for them since Bernard King, Nate Archibald and Julius Erving in the 70's.

Revisions to the playoff format will be required in this case.

no way kawhi the champion moves to the lakers to become the third most important player behind lebron and AD.

He is represented by Roc Nation/Jay-Z, who still has some connection with the Nets apparently, and they worked out a deal months ago behind the scenes to get him to Brooklyn.

"Isaiah was fantastic this season," Denver's president of basketball operations, Tim Connelly, told ESPN. "His voice in the locker room was invaluable. I'm sure it was frustrating for him not playing as much as he hoped, but he never allowed that frustration to negatively impact his approach. We wouldn't have had the success we had this year without him."
If we sign Isaiah Thomas to a contract this offseason, so help me, ...

I wouldn't mind IT coming back at all. He'd be cheap and if we use him right it could pay big dividends. He could be the scorer in a second unit that right now lacks reliable according.

Denver gives him props for handling his lack of minutes maturely and being a good teammate, but Malone had to take him out of the rotation because he was unplayable. Wouldn't stop shooting, wouldn't make any of his shots, turned the ball a lot and wouldn't even move on defense. To me he looks exactly the opposite of what this team needs. He'd be a good flyer for teams like LAL, GSW or PHI, but not us. Also, we don't have the best trainers in the business anymore.

The Pacific division will turn into a nightmare if Kawhi and Butler join the clippers.
Just the opposite. The best one to be in. Suns aren’t winning jack for at least the next 20 years that Sarver is alive so at least we get to see the best players on other teams more than once.

IT wasn't IT last year and may never be again. But his attitude was the never the problem, he was never a cancer or toxic guy. His style of play is just very specific and you either appreciate it or you don't. He's not what we need but I'm rooting hard for him.

Volume scoring doesn’t help much if it’s inefficient. If he can’t “be IT again,” he’s just a chucker.

The numbers seem a little low to me on a lot of players, but predictions on salary for every free agent.
