I don't know what that document is with the red circled passage. What is it?

The site you linked is clearly sketchy af, and there's literally no other web site I can find that mentions these documents. I call BS.

You can call BS all you want, it makes no difference to me. They are real, I've seen the zoom call, but whatever. The point wasn't really about those, it was about justification that would be used against Biden in a hypothetical sense.

I don’t know how
anybody can defend Trump after the latest audio to come out of Michigan. Total abuse of power.

I don’t even know what he said, but it seems clear there’s a lot of people in this country that kept their true beliefs quiet and Trump is just saying things most other people were too scared to say out loud

RNC head Ronna McDaniel could face bribery charges related to 2020 election: legal expert
https://www.rawstory.com/ronna-mcdaniel-trump-michigan/
Reacting to reports that Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniels was on the phone call that Donald Trump made to election officials in Michigan to pressure them to not certify the 2020 election results, one law professor claimed she could be investigated for bribery for promising legal help if they complied.
"It seems like Ronna McDaniel could be in some trouble in Michigan and Donald Trump may be facing a fifth set of charges. A promise was offered in exchange for an official act, unlike in Georgia where the preferred method appears to have been limited to browbeating state officials."

Speaking of Ronna McDaniel. Not many Reps are actually happy with her leadership, and haven't been for a long time.

I'm pretty stumped as to how so many people can look at a person who says things like this regularly and think, "I want that person to be President of the USA.,"

Michigan rules that Trump should not be removed from their ballot. May or may not be relevant to CO case.

Maine just rules Trump ineligible similar to Colorado.

Probably means nothing but another statement from another state that says Trump is a traitor.

Interestingly, unlike Colorado, Trump might have a real shot at Maine if he's on the ballot. I believe he won one of their electoral votes in 2020.

This pretty well sums it up.
When it's election time and people try to hold Trump accountable: "Leave it to the law and the courts!"
When it's his day in court: "Let the people decide at the ballot box!"
It's a circular argument designed to dismiss and avoid any accountability for Trump and his misdeeds.

A good rule to live by. Never believe anything the GOP says.

I don't know if I would believe everything coming out of the Sec of State from Maine. Just like Colorado, she immediately reverses the decision to wait on the Supreme Court. Pushing this narrative out there gets other states to try to do the same thing, and puts pressure on the Supreme Court to rule on it.

That tweet is clearly spreading fake news.
But…if Trump claims he was elected twice then that means he is declaring himself ineligible to run in 2024. So why is he running?

Thanks for the update, that makes more sense. It's odd to me that it was even in the filing, but perhaps it was to show that she considered all legal challenges.
It was clearly a bogus claim that he was ineligible because of the 22nd, as he hasn't served a second term. It doesn't matter if Trump claimed that he won or not, he didn't serve the term.
