Chandler is worth keeping so long as he's ok with some reduced minutes and being a lockerroom guy. I'm fine giving Len 12-15mil because that's the going rate for mediocre bigs (or more $ for worse bigs). And he's still just 23. But you can't give up Chandler and expect Len to hold it down for 35 minutes a night going forward.

Tucker and Knight need to go for sure. Bledsoe I think we're "stuck" with. If healthy, I'm fine with him.

Chandler and Tucker are not any sort of long-term answer. And you have to give Bender, Ulis and Williams minutes to develop them as players. You might as well throw Jones out there too and see if he can play.

And Chandler, Knight, Tucker and even Bledsoe are all available for the right price.
I'd commit to Bledsoe-Booker-Warren-Bender-Len, then Dudley, Chandler, Chriss, Ulis. Boooker and Bledsoe take turns to run the offense. By the deadline I would trade Tucker and Knight. I want to take a real look at JJr. I'd also dangle Bledsoe-Len to see what I can fish.

Len seems to play better when he starts.
Off the bench, I like the options of Williams and Bender, for right now.
Williams gives you muscle in the paint, while Bender gives more of perimeter game.

Chandler probably would be happier playing for a serious playoff contender.
Trade him for a draft choice and a bad contract (player).

He has certainly been much better offensively and fouls a lot less often as a starter -

.576 vs. .404? -11.3 vs. -18.0? Those are some remarkable splits.

Other remarkable splits for Alex: wins vs. losses, against East vs. against West.

When do the Suns play the Jazz again? That should bring Len back down to Earth.

He wasn't awful in his 30 point games.

I dont think Booker has been awful by any stretch of the imagination. Sure, he's not a good defender, doesnt rebound, or fill up the stat sheet. He does have a pretty jumper. Just not a huge fan of watching jump shooters personally. He's so very Bradley Beal to me.

Beal can be a very good player at times. Hopefully Booker adds a little more of the creating for others to his game than beal.

He's shown at times he can facilitate. I dont know where that part of his game is this year.

He played a lot of pg last year, he seems to be focusing more on scoring this year, I'd like to see him take on more of the play making role, especially while knight is in.

He has had some great games, but overall he is shooting .418 from the field and .329 from three-point range, and has more turnovers than assists. So it's a bad start to the season.

OR they could do the smart thing and uh...hold him out and let him heal?

But nah we're gunning for that NBA title this season so let's force him to play through it.

Booker will figure it out. He passes the eye test for the most part; doesn't take stupid shots or get himself into trouble. Even though his FG% is a bit off, this is somewhat understandable due to his health issues at the start of the season. By contrast, if you watch Bledsoe most years, you see him jump to pass and see him not look for teammates sometimes. You watch Knight, and you see him chuck the ball way too often. Booker to my eyes looks way more like a player who can be part of a successful contender.

He's been taking some bad shots lately trying to force the issue. I think he'll snap out of it when his jumper starts falling more.

For the first 10 games of the season, the Suns fed Len in the post for a few possessions to start the game. Starting in game 11, they quit doing that and just let him play his game off the ball.
