That was a crazy deep make too.Split T wrote:He's at 65. 45 seconds to go. Refs took away a 3 cuz Dudley got fouled just before the shot

From the Celtics? I don't think it was intentional. They were actually pissed that he was going for 70. Like Eddie Johnson said, worry about your own game, Celtics.Split T wrote:This is pretty blatant fouling to just get booker 70, but who cares. Down 10 so it's almost justifiable
No, I meant the suns fouling those last two possessions. Don't think we'd have fouled if booker wasn't close to 70Superbone wrote:From the Celtics? I don't think it was intentional. First half was pretty ugly. 2ND half is worth watching.EDC wrote:Just got in and looked up the score. Wow.
Is it worth watching the whole game or should I just watch the Booker highlights?
I'm impressed by how he did it, including getting 8 boards and 6 dimes.Superbone wrote:In2ition wrote:I love Booker, but he'll keep jacking up shots without passing and his fg% will fall like a rock.21 for 40 tonight.
Ah, now I gotcha.Split T wrote:He was at 65 when we started fouling with 45 seconds to go. We only fouled twice, added two extra possessions. He would have got the first possession where he hit 3 free throws regardless. So the fouling probably took him from 68 to 70
It was also hilarious that the Boston fans were booing that call of taking away the three. I gotta give the Boston fans respect. They know history when it's being made. Many of the fans were taking pictures of Booker.Superbone wrote:That was a crazy deep make too.Split T wrote:He's at 65. 45 seconds to go. ONLY 19 points in the first half for Booker.Split T wrote:First half was pretty ugly. 2ND half is worth watching.EDC wrote:Just got in and looked up the score. Wow.

Love it!EDC wrote:Watson handled that like a pro.
Yupp. Well done! That's the attitude/spirit of a good coach/leader right there. Love the quote. Good job.EDC wrote:https://twitter.com/ESPNForsberg/status/845469937200222208 Watson handled that like a pro.
I hate to say it, but I would be disappointed if Watson wasn't the coach next year. I think he is the coaching equivalent of a guilty pleasure--I know that I probably shouldn't enjoy his coaching as much as I do, but the platitudes and the talk about family has grown on me.Bruiser wrote:Yupp. Well done! This was the single greatest thing he's said that has endured me to him while he's been with the Suns.jonh wrote:I hate to say it, but I would be disappointed if Watson wasn't the coach next year.
