Yea Bender's getting into a real nice offensive rhythm. Definitely his best stretch of basketball I've seen. The turnaround fade was very nice and his outside jumper's falling now.
I think like Chriss, he's added weight and has lost some quickness and explosion. Both guys seem to be playing below the rim. I don't want to say they're soft, but they're kinda soft. Or at least finesse. Chriss is trying reverse lay-ups like he's a guard, posts up 18ft out, doesn't crash the boards or show any physicality. Bender's the same but I feel like he'll be in the mix of plays around the basket at least, but he almost never comes away with the board.
I really like what I'm seeing from Reed defensively. He moves his feet extremely well, has a great frame and really long arms. He plays with a lot of confidence all around, I think he'll help right away.
JJ is JJ. He's the best player on the floor.

liking the D this game.
If Chriss could make an effort on the boards that would be nice. Don't know why we keep trying to post him up, wouldn't he be better in pnr/pick n pop?

He has missed couple dunks and 3pt shot not falling either

Difference between Chriss and JJ right there. JJ got a beautiful pass but couldn't finish so kept his dribble and took it back out, reset and drove in for a nice floater. Chriss would have gone up no matter what.

when we were trying to make sense of the Reed pick, some of us were saying hopefully he can be like Raja just going on the 3 n D scouting report. well getting to actually watch him that comp might prove to be a good one after all

Bender has figured it out. If he doesn't shoot at all in the 2nd half he can't tank his %.

He's a Suns assistant coach so it should be.

He was hired last year before the season.

Loving Jackson's defensive positioning. How he shows for help and can make it back to his guy when they swing it.

Okur looks like a bigger Gerard Butler.

Ha I was thinking that when I saw it. Good to see him here but maybe that's why Chriss and Bender aren't exactly looking like monsters inside.
Chriss seems to be doing that thing where he gets the ball in the paint and just goes up wildly hoping for the foul, looses the ball and then complains.

I'm ready for Marvin Bagley to come take his spot at pf.
