Good article, thanks. I'm more encouraged by Jackson as of late. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders and the work ethic to get better.

Pursuing Jabari is an unnecessary risk. It also doesn't make sense to have him next to Warren.Split T wrote:Not sure where to put this, but I was thinking about next year's free agency. Anyone out there that we like? Besides the obvious that won't come here (LeBron, Durant, PG13) I'm really only interested in restricted targets. Would you throw a big contract(max? Near max?) At Aaron Gordon or Jabari Parker? What are the chances Orlando or Milwaukee match?
I really don't understand why everyone got so excited about him.bajanguy008 wrote:Like the look of those numbers, well except the FG% but that kinda all around game is what I'm hoping for. I think of Josh Richardson whenever I wonder what Davon can do as he starts to get healthy

That's funny; I think he is off-the-court incident waiting to happen.ShelC wrote:Good article, thanks. I'm more encouraged by Jackson as of late. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders and the work ethic to get better.

Capela is interesting if Houston goes after some big names this summer. Don't think they'll let him get away though. I kinda like Tyreke at PG if we don't draft one with our top pick. I'd like Gordon too, but I imagine Orlando wants to keep him.Free Agents To Watch
Houston center Clint Capela (restricted free agent), Orlando power forward Aaron Gordon (restricted), Chicago forward Nikola Mirotic, New York center Enes Kanter, Utah forward Derrick Favors, Memphis guard Tyreke Evans, Portland center Jusuf Nurkic (restricted), Orlando guard Elfrid Payton and Boston guard Marcus Smart (restricted).
“We’ll probably be more aggressive in June and July than we have been the last couple of years,” McDonough said.
“One of the things we’re excited about in this draft is if all the players we expect to declare are in, I think the strength of the draft is where we can use some help, at the one and the five primarily,” McDonough said. “We’re kind of searching for answers long-term at those positions.”

I don't like it. I'd rather use our cap room as a trade asset, get a good pick or prospect, and go after FA's in '19 or '20.INFORMER wrote:It isn't good news.bajanguy008 wrote:my question is if the article is viewed as good news or is everyone now kinda nervous.....
