That's great news! Really happy for him. He's been right on that cusp for years, and I think he deserves it on his resume.carey wrote:Dragic is replacing Kevin Love. He finally made an All-Star team.
Still not upset about not having Harden.da_suns_fan wrote:James Harden has a freaking 60 point triple double last night.
Just a reminder that Lon Babby declined OKC's offer:

Agreed.Shabazz wrote:Almost every team that handed out those $17M contracts to mediocre "3-and-D" guys immediately came to regret them. Bradley is supposedly a good player, but I think that there's at least he same likelihood that his atrocious season is related to declining skills as it is to circumstance. Hard pass at paying $17M to find out.Marty [Mori Chu] wrote:I wouldn't mind Bradley at $17m. In today's NBA that isn't a bad contract. Bradley is a 3-and-D guy, and we really need both of those skills badly. And I think a Booker/Bradley backcourt (with Booker as the nominal PG) might be a hack that could work for us, since we have had such bad luck finding a traditional PG.
He's the worst player in the NBA this season by some metrics. Some players lose it and just don't get it back. No thanks.
By VORP, he's the fourth-worst player in the league. The bottom two are Josh Jackson and Tyler Ulis.Shabazz wrote:Almost every team that handed out those $17M contracts to mediocre "3-and-D" guys immediately came to regret them. I know we disagreed dramatically at the time he was traded but I really thought you would have seen the light by now.INFORMER wrote:Still not upset about not having Harden.da_suns_fan wrote:James Harden has a freaking 60 point triple double last night.

He surely might have done that to us but how much better would we be with him rahter than either Chriss or Bender?Marty [Mori Chu] wrote:Blake had 24p, 10r, and 5a in his Pistons debut in a 2-point win. Not bad. Enjoy it while you can, Detroit, until he snaps a tendon and breaks your heart.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the Suns are better off. And I'm not saying Harden wouldn't have this franchise in a better place.JustWinBaby wrote:I know we disagreed dramatically at the time he was traded but I really thought you would have seen the light by now.INFORMER wrote:Still not upset about not having Harden.da_suns_fan wrote:James Harden has a freaking 60 point triple double last night.

I guess he would have just destroyed this franchise, oh wait.
We didn't need his help.
Harden or Westbrook, if you have a choice?INFORMER wrote:Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the Suns are better off. There are about a 1000 paths the Suns could have taken that would have been significantly better than what has played out the last 8 years. Trading for Harden would have been one of them. It's just not one I would have personally preferred. I get a front row seat to the Harden Show, and there isn't a part of me that is envious. Just being honest.
Sure? The old only got in because someone else is hurt all-star appearance. Super legit.Superbone wrote:Good for the most overrated guy here ever. Right TOO?carey wrote:Dragic is replacing Kevin Love. He finally made an All-Star team.
