Why would anyone pick the Clips without Paul George to beat us in a series?
Coaching and depth mostly. Clippers have endlesss wings and coach that knows how to use them. We have 2 wings and a coach that doesn't know how to use anything else.
Lue says playoff basketball is his "happy time." For Williams, it's just another game. Like I've said many times, I love him as a leader of men and we needed him when he got here but now we need a tactician.

Monty is a great assistant coach

Monty is good. If you told me Ty Lue or Erik Spoelstra, etc was available, then sure I’d consider switching, but the truth is we’d be looking at another problematic coach. Or an unknown.

I don’t know about Nurse. He seemed to wear on the Raptors players and they’ve under achieved the last couple years. If the players are tired of Monty, sure it’d be worth a try, but I don’t think that’s the case. If the players are still on board with Monty I wouldn’t do that.

There’s lots of things for the starters to workout still. But my take away was how the rotation loses momentum. Monty clearly was hoping that Ish Okogie and Biz would provide defense to sustain the needed defense with Book out on the floor. He gambled and lost the fucking game. It would be better to try to at least trade baskets for a few minutes while they give Ayton, CP3, and KD a breather. I’d rather see Ross, Warren, Landale and Book and Okogie at the end or the 3rd to bare minimum trade baskets. You can’t let Book just be triple teamed out on the floor.
I agree with this. I think we should play gunners off the bench. Yes they'll be worse defensively, but I just want weapons out there, guys who can make shots. I think we just try to outscore them and trade baskets if necessary. Let me see some Ross and Lee and TJ Warren, guys of that nature. Not as much Ish Wainwright and Landry Shamet.

He will probably be Detroit related for sure. Ishbia wants to get Izzo that NBA money.

Tom Izzo has done well enough, he doesn't need NBA money.
