I would bet that literally every team in the league is tampering…just get rid of it. Teams should be able to talk to unrestricted free agents as soon as their season is over. Tampering should be reserved for restricted free agents and players under contract. Don’t punish a team for talking to an unrestricted free agent.

This one is really some bullshit but this is what the league does with their point of emphasis stuff for the first two weeks of the season.

IDK, I think it's OK to fine him $2000 for that. It was a pretty obvious and poorly attempted flop.

I don't think it's a clear cut flop when Looney is pushing him in the back with 2 hands. It might very well be an attempt at drawing a foul, but it's not an egregious flop that's affecting the game at the moment or acting like he just got shot.

A $2000 fine is nothing. You can get ten times that for mouthing off.

I really don't think he was pushed much at all or at least no more than the average 50/50 rebound situation. Seems like he felt Looney behind him and decided to take a dive on any contact.
