I think no one has to worry about the Suns getting Bridges.

Nobody is questioning his talent. He’d be a home run from that perspective.

I meant that in terms of the Suns being able to trade for him for essentially nothing.

It's always been entirely up to Bridges.

That’s technically right but I think he’d accept a move to Philly, for example, and they’re easily capable of out bidding the Suns.

Everyone can outbid us…the only reason we’d have a chance is because no one wants to trade for him and take the PR hit…it’s the perfect storm of desperation for all parties.
Houston is trying to get a star player. I wonder if they’d go for him? They did bring in Ime after his controversial exit from Boston.

Didn't they also shoot KPJ to the moon?

The Blazers had a nice win against the Bucks tonight spoiling Lillard’s return. Doc off to a rough 0-2 start.

Everyone loves Doc Rivers, but he's a mediocre coach. He's not going to magically fix their defensive issues.

Bucks have a good record, but I liked their team a lot better with Jrue as their lead guard. He was so scary defensively and surprisingly potent on offense, too. He fit their team perfectly and made them scary. I don't see why they pushed him out and replaced him with a high-volume ball-dominant guard like Dame who plays awful defense.

The Bucks team was stale and Giannis was getting antsy. They traded defense and their identity for offensive starpower to keep their own star happy. Risky move, still might work out tho. I think Doc gets a bit of a bum wrap. It's really hard to win a title much less have the success he's had. He's coached good teams but there's also pressure that comes with that too. Adrian Griffin had a good team and a good record and didn't last a season. If KD and Klay are healthy in the Finals a few years ago, are the Raptors raising a banner and is Nick Nurse considered such a great coach? Things have to break a certain way for coaches and teams.

Good point, but I think the domestic violence charge might have been the excuse to get rid of a player they also didn’t really want anymore.

I'm just glad his sandpaper voice isn't on tv anymore.

I did see a suggested trade that the Bucks could trade for DeJounte Murray by giving up Portis. It makes sense and could make them a lot better. Currently, they can't stop any backcourt according to many.

Murray would have to get back to playing defense. I’m not sure what the reason Atlanta does it though. Portis doesn’t help them and Milwaukee has zero picks.

But isn't Murray currently proving that he doesn't work very well next to a ball-dominant PG?
