With Tyus/Beal/KD alongside him, Book shouldn’t have to take on a big offensive load, so he can play a similar role to what he did during the Olympics. Then we should give him minutes with a bench lineup that also includes Dunn so he can take on a bigger offensive role and slide to a lesser defensive role. Might be the best way to get the best offensive/defensive versions of Booker

Dunn (and Oso) are great interviews.

Haha
Just came to post this "Shel"

He's gone from the kid who can play D but can't shoot at all to now reporters asking him if he thinks 3 and D label limits him smh lol.
Love the answer cause it shows he staying grounded and not getting carried away over a couple preseason games (Leave that to US the Fans :) )

I was getting nervous Nurk was going to miss some regular season games. Glad he'll be back, hopefully the finger is healed.

Post practice media with Bud, Book and Nurk. Nurk is TBD for tomorrow's game depending on if he's cleared and how the finger feels. Looks like Book is good to play tomorrow.

Q: Should we add an NFL section to the site?

Right now we have Suns/NBA, General, and Politics. I know some folks talk Cards/NFL in General, but there isn't much space for it. I myself am only a casual NFL fan, and I don't know whether we have a lot of folks here who want to talk about football. Would that be a useful addition to the site, or would it fragment the posts too much? Thoughts? And/or "Like" this post to indicate "Yes."
You know, Mori, in the interest of saving bandwidth and not overcrowding the site, maybe the question should be:

Should we ditch politics to make room for football?

Perhaps the official position could be called FOP: football over politics🥹🥹🥹
I'm down with the FOP crew. I am ready for FOP with you guys. But we need to do it before No FOP November starts.

Q: Should we add an NFL section to the site?
Football doesn't get much talk in general. I think it's fine as is. What made you even wonder? Why not baseball and hockey too?
I guess I was just watching an NFL game and thought, "Hmm, football is so popular, I bet a lot of the guys on the site might want a place to talk about it." And I saw some ratings thing on Twitter that showed that like 95 of the top 100 rated TV broadcasts of the 21st century were all football games. So I thought, maybe I'm stifling discussion that people would otherwise have about NFL games because I don't give them an area to discuss them in. I myself am a pretty casual NFL fan and wouldn't have much to say about it, but I thought others might want it.

It kind of sounds like a small number of people might use it but I'm not hearing a loud chorus saying "yes" to this, so maybe that's a "no"?

And I'm also hearing you guys about the Politics section. Not many folks are active in there, and it has led to a few arguments or hard feelings between posters. I do think it's nice to have a place to talk about the news heading into the election, and I also especially like there being a rule to keep that stuff out of the main Suns/NBA board. But we could consider dropping that area if folks feel it is a net negative to the site.

It’s a net negative for a suns site and only upset people. When one guy is the only one posting anymore just feels like an echo chamber. It’s done nothing but upset people.

I think the Birds can stay in the General section until/unless they’re generating enough content to warrant their own section.

Agreed-it serves no value whatsoever and has pushed quality posters away. Any ideas that basically aren't far-left leaning don't appear to be welcomed, so everyone has stopped posting in there. Just junk the damn thing.

I probably shouldn't chime in on this, but I don't think that's a very fair description. But I don't want to fight about it, and of course you don't need to post there if you don't like posting there.

Because KD has 2 years left on his deal, he can sign a 1 year $60mil extension before Monday or wait until next year and sign a 2 year $120m deal which is what they're looking at.

Kinda funny to think KD will likely spend more time here in Phoenix than he did in any other stop. Easy to forget his stint in GS was just 3 years and that he only played 2.5 years in Brooklyn because of the Achilles injury.

He’ll be at 3.5 years after be finishes his current contract and that could go to 5.5 years if he signs that 2 year extension and stays.

Not to be a "well actually" guy, but didn't he play 8 years in OKC? 9 if you count SEA and OKC as the same team (I don't)? Maybe you mean that he'll have played more years in PHX than in any post-OKC team?

Ah, too bad for Frank. I thought he had played pretty well when he played. Plus, we just got smaller.
