KD has two big weaknesses at this point…too many turnovers and he’s a very underwhelming rebounder for a 7-footer.
Devils advocate, he's never been a great rebounder, he's also been a SF for most of his career so it's been ok.
Gimme Kessler.

Well, we got a W. Book had a nice game. Grayson, Oso, Dunn chipped in. KD decent stats but his turnovers and sloppiness were present. We have so much more talent than this Jazz team, it's pretty pathetic that we let them back in it within a few points in the 2nd half. Utah doesn't even want to win for Pete's sake. Oh well.

Second straight non-injury/illness DNP for Nurk.
Not that he was terribly missed ...

Not sure what to make of this team. It's like we're just good enough. We don't play hard or make it look easy for 48minutes. We don't defend well enough inside or out, we're careless with the ball and still don't have any kind of rhyme or reason on offense most of the time. If we're hitting shots, great but if not, we just fall off a cliff.
We do look better with Dunn and Plumlee starting but both Jones and Plumlee just put us at a disadvantage. Oso is our best big and while he's good, it still says more about our center position than his skillset or readiness. Still, I'd just start him at this point and let Plulmee work with the backups where he belongs. The rooks really complement the stars but Bud seems reluctant to fully trust them. Still feels like Bud is grasping at straws with lineups and sub patterns.
We gave up 21 offensive rebounds. 21 - TWENTY ONE - OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS. It's been a problem all year and yea we're a smaller team but our guys just don't box out. If this isn't a wake up call for the coaching staff to address it with the players then it's never getting fixed. Bring in Nick Richards or Mitch Robinson. Bring in Kessler. Won't matter if the rest of the team is just standing and watching instead of getting their body on someone.
