That $45m FVV contract is insane. That's the danger if you're a small-market team and overpay to keep your so-so star players.

At a lower salary? I doubt Houston wants him at $45 million.
Definitely at a lower salary…they have a club option. I’d be shocked if they pick it up. They’ll renegotiate him down
