Hands down I'll go with neither.
Ok, I mean that wasn't really one of the choices but you've made your point. Numerous times this Summer actually.
Davis one block short of a triple double. Last person to do that with blocks was Jo Noah.

The post was meant to discuss the merits of using Kemba Walker's contract as means to analyze Bledsoe's. I thought it was a fair post to make. And it's hard to make that post without a reference to a position I've made clear many times before. So I apologize if such a reference irritates you.

Good Lord.
I know it was vs. Orlando, but look at the line on that Davis/Asik tandem :
40 points, 34 boards, 4 assists, 3 steals and 14 blocks.
Pelicans with 62 boards (26 offensive) - crazy numbers tonight.....

Orlando is bad. Vucevic is a stud though. Another 20+ rebound game for his collection. I wish we had him instead of Plumee or even Len.

the good news is the suns are a perimeter based team, so defend the interior all you want, but somebody has to defend the shooters.

The bad news is that we don't have anyone who will grab more than 7 boards a game.

Mostly cuz none of our big men will play consistent enough minutes and we have two above average rebounders on the perimeter. We won't be a good rebounding team, but we'll be ok. Tucker and Bledsoe both are great rebounders at their position and plumlee is good in limited minutes.

I'm only at halftime in the Mavs/Spurs game but Dallas looks good and boy is Parsons fat.

that's an unwarranted slam against plumlee.
but let's grant that what you said is true, the suns were already used to this... as if frye was a great rebounder himself, a center who spends half the time in the perimeter, and a quarter of the time chasing the other team's athletic PFs in the perimeter.

That sarcasm doesn't make sense because Carlisle never said Parsons was fat. He made a legitimate observation and Cuban and the Dallas media freaked out.

Unwarranted? Did I insult him?
I'm merely talking about our matchup with the Pelicans. You implied that they're a good matchup for us, and I contested that.

Ed Davis looks like a great pickup for the Lakers.
I like Randle's game.
I don't think there's a player I hate, or have ever hated, more than James Harden.

i just emphasized the positive. whether nawhlins will beat the suns depends on whether they play smart basketball.

Well, I think we're the better team, but that Davis/Asik/Anderson trio makes me nervous as hell.

He's been one of my guys for a while. I suggested like a dozen ways to acquire him last year. I think he's ready for the leap, but this Houston team is a bit weird to me.
