She might literally be killed or beaten if her name is leaked. I do not think that is a desirable outcome. They should punish her if she lied, but not by letting mob justice ruin her.

I don't see the relevance of your question to that video. Also, would you prefer mob justice handle it, or the courts?

I don't understand. That has been mentioned from the start. It's a very poor area and fines are constantly given out (some legitimately, some not) to people that don't have money to pay them. Voila, a warrant is created. We have known this all along. Even the numbers were being reported 6 months ago.

I don't ever remember reading that there were 1.5 warrants on average for every citizen.

That report is so damning. It sounds like the whole police force was deeply corrupt. Scary to think of living in such a place, or to think that maybe a lot of cities aren't so different.

There are places like this in my state for sure. We have well known areas where ppl know not to go a single mph above the speed limit or step out of line in any way. I've read some recent articles out of Mississippi that are down right scary as well.

I find it really sad that someone like SDC is willing to brush Ferguson under the rug because racism occurs everywhere, and would rather focus on a slogan than the far more legitimate issues of how the police (and not just in Ferguson) operate. They almost seem to get a thrill out of it, which is rather twisted. I don't get it at all.
