And my 2¢ - Curry is just what the MVP votes look for - very good player having a great season for a team which has taken the next step to being a title contender and a #1 seed.
Harden is the best scorer in the league (at least with Durant missing so much time), Curry is the best shooter, LeBron is the probably still the best player (although it's not black & white like it used to be). But if I'm building a team I start with Anthony Davis.

Starting a team...I might go with Durant still but his durability is questionable now. Curry is a legit beast but it's hard not to go with a big. ADavis...I love him but I just don't know if he's a legit take-you-to-the-promised-land player.

I am not sure how much impact Green's height has to do w/ us wanting to keep him around...its not like he uses his height to make an impact on the boards.
I think I would prefer to keep IT over Green. Especially considering we have Warren/Goodwin who could probably take Green's minutes. However, I guess the same could be said for Ennis and IT's minutes...
I guess I just think IT is a better overall player than Green...

I would absolutely pick ADavis if I was starting a team today. Pair him with an above average guard/wing player and you are playoff bound for years

How is it even a question? He's 21 and he's posting the best PER in history.

Ugh- that play last night when Tucker and Bledsoe botched the inbound. Totally Tucker's fault, but...ugh.

Green vs IT3...Neither are invaluable, both are luxuries...IT3 moreso because of depth on the roster. IT3 is more of a pure scorer and a better shooter whereas Green is a heat check type and an elite athlete. And I always say swingmen are a dime a dozen depending on what you're after. In the grand scheme of things I'd keep Green because of his fast break ability and size on the perimeter in getting his shot off. But neither are all out keepers IMO and I wouldn't break the bank for Green.

Yeah. Ugh. It was totally PJ's fault and Bledsoe was livid.

I think we are stuck with IT over Green, since IT is locked up and Green isn't. That said, I would prefer Green on a 5-6M/year deal than IT's.

Green is capable of elite catch and shooting. IT3 is capable of elite one on one offense. We already have more of the latter.
If I got to choose, I'd use IT3 as the asset he supposedly is and turn him into something we actually need (more than what he provides, at least).
Package him with PJ, Plumlee and see what you can get.

If Green were a pure shooter rather than a streaky one it'd be a no-brainer, but he's not, so I think he's the most expendable in the long run. Of course he'd bring less in return too.
As much as I love Dragic, I might be inclined to move him because of his age and I'd be looking to build for the next 4 or 5 years rather than just 2015. But only for equal value, and preferably either a PF or true SG.

Who is going to give you equal value if he is not under control?
Although, first, we'd have to settle what is that value.

Green, like Gogi, has very limited trade value due to his impending free agency.
TJ, Tyler, Archie, Zoki and Reggie have limited value because they have yet to demonstrate an ability to play in the NBA.
Bledsoe has limited trade value because he's overpaid.
Basically, that leaves IT, PJ, the Morrii and picks as our only real assets. (Len has value too, but I'm very reluctant to let him go.)

With each passing day I am more and more pissed that it seems the front office is more confident with Bledsoe running our team than Dragic. It is mind boggling to me. I get that Bledsoe is younger and more athletic, and he could turn into a very good scorer, but he doesn't have half the BBIQ that Dragic does, and doesn't make his teammates better. I don't see either of those changing too much.

I was surprised to hear C-Webb of all people be all over that situation. He was disappointed in Bledsoe's response. Bledsoe had the right to be upset, but it was a somewhat petulant response. But the guy isn't a leader so I'm not surprised.
But Tucker was even more disappointing on that play. He looked like he was trying to argue with Bledsoe. Tucker's immediate response to should have to say "my bad" and put his arm around Bledsoe, slap his butt, tap his head, something to express remorse and camaraderie. But it was just more of the same rotten attitude that has spread through this team link gangrene.
And C-Webb was all over it. I guess a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile.

I agree. I was all for acquiring Bledsoe at the time because I was enamored with his physical gifts, but that all gone now. He's a dummy when it comes to running an offense, I'd be willing to bet Ennis as green as he is could run this team better. Bledsoe should be put in an Avery Bradley role where he's allowed to defend and run around maximizing his physical talents.

Curry might not be having the best season his own team. Thompson has been a monster on both ends of the court for them. Harden is my MVP right now, AD is 2nd.

Tucker's an idiot. Why would you step out of bounds? He's actually fulfilling my expectation of him being a Blanks guy. It actually annoyed me that he became a key role player for us, but he really might have to be shipped out. Maybe the contract went to his head.

Me too! It's a slap in the face to Dragic. Dragic should be running the team and he proved it last year. Webber and Hill were spot on last night about the team having no identity and minimizing Dragic. This team needs some major addition by subtraction. I'm also disappointed that Hornacek doesn't enforce moving the ball better. This team is too selfish and they're not playing a team brand of basketball. Way too much one-on-one.
Atlanta has had the same roster for a while. Budenholzer comes in and gets them playing team ball and voila!, success.
