Bad for our ping pong balls but happy for the players. You always play to win. Incredible shot by Mirza for the win.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

I wouldn't mind winning with the young guys that are part of our future, not ridding the vets hard like we're making a playoff push and everything else be damned.

Also, it's stunting our futures growth.

The only thing that stunted our growth tonight was Brandon Knight. :( I don't know how many games like that I can take. If we get one of those games for every Golden State, we'll have no choice but to vote him off the island.

Wow. When was the last time we had 3 players with double-digit rebounding? I'm seriously curious about this.

Why is he shooting threes when we're up by three? We don't need hero ball from you, Brandon. You're part of a team.

Hero ball is how he got to be AASE. It's presumably why we traded for him.

March 6 in the win against Memphis. Len 16, Tucker and Chandler 10 each.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

He needs to stop trying to throwing lobs as well.
Agreed on the first point, but regarding the lobs, I absolutely want him to keep trying them on game action. We are in tanking & developing mode, so it serves both purposes. If he actually learns to do it, it would be really helpful for NEXT year to have this already on his belt.

On a different note, all game long, after every wasted dive Chandler took, every time Tucker did his crazy spinning stuff to create something out of nothing, Len catching passes on his ankles, Booker under pressure to bring the ball up, I even envisioned Warren and his back door cuts... every time... I kept thinking how different would this team be under Rubio's comand...

Rubio is a prototipycal Suns' PG, and is only 25, same as Bledsoe and Knight.People keeps pointing his por shooting, but we have the opposite on Knight, I would love to swap them, maybe a win-win trade, given the por shooting among the Minny roster.

Knight just turned 24 in December. Bledsoe turned 26 in December.

Rubio is nobodies prototypical PG, especially in todays NBA. If you cant shoot, youre just a guy. He's a fantastic passer and good defender, but will always be a liability when people sag off him. He just doesnt fit todays NBA game all that well. He's fun to watch, but if he were worth building around, Minnesota wouldnt move him.
Love, Hurts.

Fuckin Suns can't even tank properly. Yeah let's play PJ Tucker 48 minutes and develop his fat ass

I hope Knight is a goner this offseason

I'm still a fan. I wouldn't mind if he ran my team.

It's only because you watch the piss poor decision making of Knight & Bledsoe daily.

Is not about building around him, but as the complement we need (passing). You are in good shape if you have 3 good shooters in the floor, ideally 4, as your 3&D guy and your center are not specially required to be good at it. If we are thinking that Bledsoe and Knight still have room to develop their passing, we can as well take a shoot on improving Rubio's shoot.

In a vacuum, Rubio would not be my first choice, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Curry. We have two 14M-PG already on board, and trading one of them for Rubio, certainly wouldn't be a downgrade.

Jason Kidd wouldn't score either and his teams worked pretty well. The nice thing about Rubio is that your kids get the best possible shot at developing their game. I've never been a fan of Ricky, but given the composition of the roster and the direction of the franchise, I gotta say I am interested, especially for Bledsoe.

Speaking of PGs, I can't remove the thought that maybe Kris Dunn is the best prospect when it's our turn.

Sounds crazy but I'm not opposed to taking a REAL point guard. Especially since our point guards are terrible at point guarding. Is that Dunn? Not sure. Only seen him play a few times.

I would definitely deal any of our PGs for Rubio. Love that dude and would really enjoy having a PG like that on our team as our starting PG.
