I agree I'd like to see more of an established coach in here, but Hollins was a disaster in Brooklyn. Players hated him.

I don't put much stock in what those players are saying. Not a whole lot of winning players among the group and it sounds like they didn't like a coach trying to instill the necessary discipline. Bad teams always want a "friendly" coach who "lets them play". Bulls players were saying the same thing about Thibs, now they see the difference with Hoiberg.

Yeah but Thibs was winning. Hollins didn't win with Brooklyn. It looked even worse, because they came off a yr where Kidd took them to the 2nd rd of the playoffs. I'm not saying he's a good coach but their are better out there I think. I'm with you though in bringing in another coach with experience.

Not a fan of Scott Brooks or Lionel Hollins. I like Hollins better, but I think maybe he fit well with that grit'n'grind team but would not mesh well with a younger more perimeter-oriented 2016+ Suns team.

What the heck would a Scott Brooks coached Suns team look like when we don't have the horses to run his ISO offense? I'd wager a lot like a Hornacek coached Suns team.

Can anyone recommend a good NCAA coach who might be interested? Thibs is the only former HC I can say picks up my interest.

I would hire Dave Joerger if he's fired by the Grizz. That was rumored earlier in the season.

Joerger would be great. I'd take him for sure. Thibs is my dream but we'll never get him.
