Trump did NOT handle his finances correctly when he assumed office unlike every president before him.

Specifically, what did he do wrong with his finances?

Donald Trump owns businesses in other countries. People pay for the services in those businesses. That does not constitute a violation of Article I. Also, there is no requirement for Presidents to "divest" businesses. They may have put them in trust to be managed by others. That is in effect (though not strictly so) what Trump did by leaving his businesses to be run by his son. If Trump received direct payments from governments, that would be a clear violation. Payments to businesses for use of business services (commercial, service, or consumer) when transacted at a "fair market" value are not a violation in any way.
This last point is the key one here. Hunter Biden has a similar problem. He has likely violated bribery and/or money laundering laws (18 USC § 1956, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). Presidents and their family members are restricted under criminal penalty from receiving payments in return for influence. We now know that Hunter received well more than a majority of the money from his paintings from Kevin Morris ostensibly to pay off tax bills. This is a clear violation of law.

Europe getting nervous that Trump could win a second term.
Europe wants to Trump-proof in case of a second term. But that is not an easy task
https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/14/world/eu ... index.html
It’s no secret that European officials would rather Trump doesn’t return to the White House. Christine Lagarde, head of the European Central Bank, said only this week that Trump’s return would be a “threat” for Europe. The toxic legacy of his first presidency might be that the trans-Atlantic relationship is never the same again.

He's dropped hints that he wouldn't want to leave after a second term. Here's the latest one.

Not sure your meaning here, but I do worry that all the anger and division in our politics today could lead to a major politician being assassinated. I really hope that does not happen.

I believe if he gets back into office and tries more nonsense, someone will end him.

Let's talk about this. What tyrannical things did he do the first time?
I'm trying to figure out how he was a tyrant, and will be, besides the fear mongering hyperbole I hear here.

You can turn an eye to January 6, the blatant racism, the lies and pushing to overturn elections and such, that's your choice. Just speaks to your values or lack there of. I served this country after 9/11 because it was great, what that tomato is trying to do with his separation of its own people, misinformation, getting rid of women and voters rights, etc, fuck him, I hope his fat heart explodes.
