That's more like it!
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
Re: Cardinals
I think if Kyler would have at least played the last preseason game I think we would have won the first game too. He’s looking great and glad to see. Would be awesome to watch him and Harrison build what Peyton and his old man had. However…. My favorite card is probably Trey McBride. The guys a stud.

Re: Cardinals
The "Bend but don't break" defense has me a little worried at times, but I can't argue with the results. If Murray is playing well, and their running game does their usual thing, the offense will score points.
Nice to see them headed in the right direction!

Re: Cardinals
They really clowned the Jets and that clown Aaron Rodgers today. What a clown.
Re: Cardinals
Not to mention that Aaron Rodgers is a clown.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Re: Cardinals
Cardinals haven't allowed a TD in 3 games. Wow!

Re: Cardinals
That’s actually crazy…they’ve won 4 straight and when you look at who’s beat them, maybe we are actually quite good? Our losses are to Buffalo, Detroit, Washington, and Green Bay. Those teams combined are 29-9…8-1, 8-2, 7-3, 6-3. Not a contender, but we just might win the division.

Re: Cardinals
In their last three home games. There's a road game against Miami in the middle where they allowed 3 TDs.
But 3 TDs in 4 games is still pretty damn impressive!

Re: Cardinals
We could be getting back both Jonah Williams and Darius Robinson this week vs the Seahawks. I'm excited to see how Darius plays.

Re: Cardinals
Really disappointing watching yesterday's game. Should have won, but the defense was cooked in the 4th. I knew that that Cards were going to lose that game after they went for the fg to put them up 6. Just disappointing.

Re: Cardinals
I don’t understand the reasoning in going for the FG…either way you lose with a TD. I think it only slightly increased their chances to win, while scoring a TD would have all but locked up the win.
Also, we had the ball inside the 5 and they called a false start on our guy and it was clearly Minny that jumped offsides first…that would’ve given us the ball first and goal from the 2…Brutal missed call.

Re: Cardinals
It was a brutal game with penalties on Tim Reiman. I didn't see that it was actually should have been offsides, but ... of course.Split T wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2024 10:56 amI don’t understand the reasoning in going for the FG…either way you lose with a TD. Re: Cardinals
Ya I saw a replay somewhere and the defender clearly jumped first. Our guy was early too, but clearly reacting to the defender.

Re: Cardinals
Cards offense reverted back to the norm. Dink and dunk bullshit. Typical Kyler stuff.
He is what he is. He goes on a 2-3 game run where you think he may be getting it, and then it's back to missing reads, scrambling, throwing for the 5 yard out route.

Re: Cardinals
I called it early in the game when he got his ball knocked down at the line of scrimmage and he was throwing off balanced off the back foot, that he was 100% going to throw an INT in the game. Of course, he threw 2 later in the game. It's just easy to see it's going to happen, unfortunately. With all this being said, they would have won if the kicker didn't miss an easy fg earlier in the game.

He kicked like a bajillion field goals in the game. You can't win on a bajillion FGs. The announcing crew called it

Lost to a 3-11 team to get officially eliminated from the playoffs. ASU football aside, Valley area sports are a complete shitshow right now.

Again you can't win with a bottom 10 qb.
