Here's a decent case to make a run at Maxi Kleber.
Not saying we shouldn’t go after kleber, but those kind of stats are always a bit misleading. You add enough qualifiers and you can always narrow it down like that. The rise of stretch 5’s has been fairly recent, there is a reason those stats have never been hit until this season. I wonder how many people it would add by eliminating the 3 pt attempts stipulation.

Yeah, I have been saying we should go over Kleber if we spend most of our cash/assets on a PG because I don't think he is going to cost a ton. But I wouldn't do it based on a five-tiered filtering system including stupid shit like a 3.1 3PA or 4.4 block %.

Some of us do the same kind of stat stacking to convince ourselves Ayton will be great, but at least the filters end up with mostly great players on them. Who designs a filter to show that your guy is as good as this one OK season by Brook Lopez?

I don't know how to share it, and I'm not sure if it means anything, but Official Suns Facebook page posted a photo of Oubre's eye with a backdrop of a statue or something with "#Shhh" 2 hours ago. I assume it means that they're re-signing him? It would be a pretty odd post if they weren't....

I don’t think Dinwiddie will have to worry about buying King’s number seeing how he won’t be on the team next season. Or at least there is nothing to warrant him being on the team next season.
Dinwiddie is cool but didn’t he have a Bledsoe like knee injury coming into the league? I worry about these things seeing how our training staff is now a computer.

Work with Brooklyn to get Dinwiddie
Resign Oubre and Bridges, flush
Trade picks however you can to move up and snag Grant
That'd be a pretty cool off season...

Would you offer Durant a max contract if he opted out and nobody else did?

That’s a tough one. You’d get 3 years for the price of 4 and it’d be into the mid 30’s on an Achilles rupture. I think Durant will come back and be very good, but I think I’d pass.

I would. I think he's in great shape, and I don't think I would classify his game as one that over-relies on athleticism. I think he'll return to being a top-5 player for at least a couple of years.

I could see the Suns, Nets and Knicks all giving him a near max deal for 4 years. We are all bad enough and desperate enough. Maybe not Brooklyn but still think they’d do it.

Yeah, this is good. I would rather the Suns give up the Milwaukee pick and even the 2021 pick, than #6 this year though.

If that miami pick is in the AD trade, this board will go crazy.
But I would def do SGA for the #6 + Josh
