Trade him without his consent? I don't think he understands how it works. Didn't get a chance? Give me a break. Good riddance. He also says he's a man. I'm not so sure about that. He acts like a spoiled kid.

Marcus definitely got a chance. I don't know what the hell is wrong with him. He's that attached to the hip with his brother Markieff that he can't play without him ?

I never saw Horace and Harvey Grant complain about not playing together. Neither Jason nor Jarron Collins complained. Marcus is mad, plain and simple.

This gives me a chance to branch out. In my opinion, God works in mysterious ways, and He has plans for certain people. Everybody knew how bad I wanted to play with my brother. Phoenix knew. For them to trade me without consent or telling me was like a slap in the face, because of the contract I took from those guys and the money I took from them.
If there were any justice, it would be like five guys beating the shit out of you.

Didn't Markieff and Marcus basically decide how they were splitting the money?

So he's blaming the Suns for their decision?

He's a fool. They were clowning on him during the Suns' summer league game broadcast today.

Here's an article on Weems from today's AZ Republic: http://www.azcentral.com/longform/sport ... 17f59af980
The Suns are doing more than taking a flier on potential value. They believe that Weems' athleticism, defense and improved perimeter shooting can make him their first guard off the bench this season.

For that, Weems is grateful. He knows how fleeting an NBA chance can be after his first chance lasted three seasons. Weems took the Suns' offer with a second-year $2.94 team option even though he had a guaranteed two-year, $6 million offer in Barcelona.

Really is an excellent Article, as are most of lowe's. Thx Carey.

" For them to trade me without consent or telling me was like a slap in the face, because of the contract I took from those guys and the money I took from them."

Marcus is the same guy who felt "disrespected" when the Suns coaching staff said he needed to work on his defense.

I think he has a magic mirror at home that reflects an image of Bill Russell. Wow.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Addition by subtraction. Dude was a loser, who couldn't accurately self-reflect.

"Without my consent"

That is funny. This is the NBA son. You get paid millions to do what millions would do for fun.

The funny thing is that many thought the FO doesn't have the balls to break them apart.

Anyway, who wants to give Kieff time to show a straight head and who wants to move him asap?

Personally, I'd look into trading Tucker before (and regardless, of course).

The contract you signed allows them to trade you without your consent and allows you to be an asshole without their consent. You both exercised your contractual privileges to make each other unhappy.

No it was... You couldn't trade them apart, because teams knew they couldn't play apart. Which I always thought was a silly argument, Like they morphed into 1 person or something. It's the NBA....as long as a team owns someone's contract you can do what you want wit them (under the CBA).

The one good thing having Marcus did was get Kieff to take less money. When they gave them that figure to split last yr, I bet you they thought Markieff would take more. Anyways, if he continues with bad behavior or whatever then they will have no problems at all dealing him. You don't just salary dump a player with his skill and contract.

It's not like this is a guy who's played with the team for 15 years here or once was a superstar now is at the twilight of his career. Like if this was Kevin Garnett on the wolves then I could kind of understand. It's a backup forward on a team where he probably got more minutes then he should of. To say Phoenix somehow held him back is pretty laughable and seems like he's just grasping for straws.

Both of these guys are jokes. The sooner we get rid of his brother, the better.
