No, JG, aka Mancrush, hasn't won diddly as we are waiting to see if we get 'Oops, I broke a nail..' DeAndre...or we get one that ranks way higher than 78th in FTAs. We are still vulnerable to big men focused teams, UNLESS DeAndre the Disinterested become DeAndre the Committed. At this point, I'm hopeful and excited too...but DA is still a worry.

Sorry to burst some of your bubbles, but it appears Gordon may have not signed for the veteran minimum.

https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/379 ... ric-gordon
Free agent Eric Gordon has agreed to a two-year deal -- including a player option -- with the Phoenix Suns, his agents, Aaron Mintz and Steven Heumann of CAA Sports, told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski on Sunday.

The deal is for $6 million over the two years, sources told ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

Doesn't the minimum go based on years of service?

I think that’s just his vet min. He’s got 10+ years so he gets 3 million, but it only counts for 2

We aren’t allowed to give him any more than the vet min.

Anything is still better than Landry at $10mil.

Interesting thread about one of our signings!

Metu reminds me of a bigger Okogie where he'll flash some things on offense that give you some hope but it's probably not consistent. And he has a few moves he's practiced and really worked on that he can pull off in some situations but once the defense takes it away, he's got nothing. If he can knock down the outside shot consistently, it'll give him a huge advantage obviously. I'd love him as out defensive, rim running center who has a really good touch and can make the simple plays. Anything more than that is gravy.

We went from:

Booker --> Booker
Durant --> Durant
Ayton --> UnMontyed Ayton
Paul --> Beal
Shamet --> Gordon
Craig --> Bates-Diop
Warren --> Watanabe
Ross --> Goodwin
Landale --> Eubanks
Biyombo --> Metu
Bazley --> Todd
Payne --> Payne
Okogie --> Okogie
Lee --> Lee
Wainright --> Wainright

I would say that's a pretty significant upgrade to the roster overall.

Some new Twitter insider…basically a new flex. He’s had a couple things right, but he’s definitely very flex like in that he exaggerates and leads people on and does the thing where he says he knew things were coming after the fact.

None of those guys make that much sense to me. Maybe JaMychal Green. Saric signed with the warriors
