Former Suns ROH center Hamed Haddadi went supernova in the first half of the game against Serbia. 20 points in the first 12 mins with no miss (7/7 FG), and a total of 29, but his impact was reduced in the second half due to foul troubles. The game just finished, Serbia wins 83-70.

Bogdanovic scored 16, but so far there are no further stats available. I watched him agaisnt France and he looked pretty good. His shot is beautiful and can score in catch and shoot situations as well as some pull up. His first step is not too quick so not really a one on one guy, but he is smart and can take what the defense gives him. Capable ballhandler and passer, and can run the pick and roll. Has poise and doesn't shy away. I like what I see.

That's what I saw too but INF says he's no good.

Lol.

2 assists and 3 turnovers isn't a big deal. He had a good game.

Aren't assists given out more stingily in international play?

i'm beginning to feel more comfortable with small ball. the philippine squad almost beat argentina and croatia, sometimes using 3 pt guards on the floor with blatche at center. if i were suns staff, i'd encourage markieff and marcus to shoot more threes.

I don't understand any of that post, sdc. What does the Phillipines running 3 point guards have to do with the Morris Twins shooting 3s?

And why are looking to FIBA play for strategy on how to win in the NBA?

the FIBA 3pt line is shorter.

Yeah, the NBA is a slut when it comes to awarding assists.
