Frank was/is a good character with a great attitude on the team. He sucked when he wasn't making his layups, and then we found out that he had a fractured leg. Maybe that had something to do with it, but he certainly wasn't great.

Frank was good once a month. That's fine for the vet minimum, but it's a huge waste at the MLE.

It's one reason I like Christian Wood much more than the other PF options.

If I see a Westbrook to Phx rumor I’ll have a stroke. At least CP is a great basketball fit with the Suns, attitude and contract aside. Westbrook is terrible all around.

I'm not completely sold on Wood and I'm not even a fan of Gordon but if we were to lose Oubre, either of those guys would make up for the loss in athleticism.

And I can't see the FO wanting a guy like Westbrook. I don't think he fits the culture or style plus the extra year on his deal is a killer.

Jerami Grant is basically Kelly if he decided to focus on defense over offense. But same size and athleticism.

I'd be very unhappy with Grant. He's like Oubre, except worse in every way.

And Oubre isn't that good when you actually look at his on court / off court numbers.

Agreed. Not a fan. I like his intensity but that's it. He's too much of a liability from any distance.

I don’t get it. They don’t want Oubre who’s on his last year. So What else they want? We’re not giving up Bridges, 10th, or Cam Johnson. They want another expiring contract?

I don't think Westbrook is anything to worry about. James Jones seems smarter than that.
