What do you think he would command? I like his shooting and he doesn't seem to turn the ball over too much. He has good size, but not sure about his quickness to guard 1s.

Honestly, I don't know how much he will command, but with there not being a whole lot of money out there this off-season, it might be less than many are expecting. As far as his difficulty guarding 1's, I don't think it will be too pronounced and they will have to guard him too. \
I think he only made 3M last year. But 11 before that.In2ition wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:48 amHonestly, I don't know how much he will command, but with there not being a whole lot of money out there this off-season, it might be less than many are expecting. I just like his shooting and playmaking while not turning it over a ton. I like that his PER was pretty high last year and he didn't seem to suffer from a low DBPM as Booker did even though the Grizzlies were almost as bad as the Suns this year. I could see him being valuable as a 1 or 2 and really play well next to Booker and the rest of the young guys. At least, I'm hoping that's true.
1) It was 2-3 years (depending on if he exercises his player option)AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 12:24 pmIt's too bad the idiot McDufus didn't trade JJ last season for a single year of Kyrie. I remember our local sports radio guys, some of the national media and even this very message board were roasting us for not giving up JJ for a single season of Kyrie.
Agreed, it wasn't quite as simplistic as JJ for 1 yr of Kyrie.Indy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 12:29 pm1) It was 2-3 years (depending on if he exercises his player option)AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 12:24 pmIt's too bad the idiot McDufus didn't trade JJ last season for a single year of Kyrie. 2) Very few people here were advocating for trading for Kyrie. And even if we did, it would have been for much more than just Josh.
I like Tyreke. I think we can get him for a little over the MLE.. Maybe 11-12 million a year. We'd probably be competing with over the cap teams trying to sign him to the MLEIndy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:54 amI think he only made 3M last year. Yeah, might take a bit above MLE to out bid others. They should also probably try and make a trade for KLove if LeBron leaves. Both could be a great fit for the Suns and provide vet leadership while still in their primes.Split T wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 1:17 pmI like Tyreke. I think we can get him for a little over the MLE.. I have to say though, I expect to see a significant bump in production from both Bender and Chriss this season.
Exactly, haha! It wasn't a request.Superbone wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 2:07 pmOr else!In2ition wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 1:39 pmYeah, might take a bit above MLE to out bid others. Isn't that called tampering?Superbone wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 2:47 pmOf course Kokoskov likes Teodosic. It only makes sense that he would.

It would only be tampering if he had specifically talked to Milos prior to July 1st—the Suns FO can talk about him all they want.JeremyG wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 3:10 pmIsn't that called tampering?Superbone wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 2:47 pmOf course Kokoskov likes Teodosic. Not true. He is not allowed to mention his name in any free agency context.jonh wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 3:36 pmIt would only be tampering if he had specifically talked to Milos prior to July 1st—the Suns FO can talk about him all they want.JeremyG wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 3:10 pmIsn't that called tampering?Superbone wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 2:47 pmOf course Kokoskov likes Teodosic.
