He used to be good for comedy, but now that he's one of us it's not even funny anymore.

Not great coaching this game.

I'm gonna start contacting opponents and put a bounty on Knight.

It's bad enough that I'm rooting for an injury, but rooting for an injury to someone on my own team? And who's not even a bad person? My heart is in a dark place.

Lol so true. He went down the other game and landed I think it was on his side? I was secretly hoping he stayed down.....

I can't wait until we see the real BASE. No, seriously. I can't wait. I'm done waiting. No more waiting. Ship him out.

It's not just BASE, though. He's symbolic of the problem, but it's not just him. It's the roster.

This game felt like a breaking point to me. Like Game 5 in '07. We were close, despite everything that had gone wrong. Instead of ramping it up and taking the game, I think we just quit. We will see how the team responds. Is this the point in the season when we realize we aren't good and stop trying?

More yoga sessions and high fives will turn it around.

You mean, we were close despite having played like crap for most of the game.

Sure, it would have been nice to see the team be able to execute down the stretch, but it was a game we deserved to lose. I want to see this team play well, not play like crap and escape with a win because we met a team that's even worse. I'd rather have the extra ping-pong balls than an undeserved win.

It wasn't the loss, it was the way we quit at the end.

Man it is going to be ugly and frustrating, but that's what happens with rebuilding, isn't it? I bet the season won't be gone without significant changes made to the roster.

I bet you're right, and I hope the changes are good ones.

I think we should downgrade at PG and upgrade at center with an eye on the draft. Booker and Warren look like they'll more or less live up to the optimistic projections and maybe then some. Chandler makes a nice backup C.

It's rough that we're thinking about the draft 12 games into the season. But here we are.

Ball-Booker-Warren-Chris/Bender-Okafor?
