No way the Grizz give us Conley for Bledsoe.

Jrue just bent the Pelicans over a barrel for that 5yr/$130M contract of which he is only in the first year of. You do not want to be paying him $26M a year for the next 4 years if you want to sign anyone good. Booker will be extended next Summer and that will kick in the year after. If you're running a $50M a season back court they better at least be as good as Lillard and McCollum or Beal and Wall.

I haven't read the thread, and I bet this has already been said. But I'm gonna say it agian:

I'm sooo glad we didn't trade Bled this summer when his value was high. I'm soooo glad we held onto him until he demanded a trade.

And the Pels can't trade Holiday yet because he just signed his deal. I don't think I'd be happy picking up his massive contract without getting a major asset in the deal.

Shouldn't have signed him in the first place. Bad vibes, bad attitude since day one. When he played hardball over the extension we should have let him walk away. I said it years ago and i'll say it agian, fuck that dude and all our shitty coaches.

I can and I will. Nobody put a gun to his head to sign his extension. He gets millions to play in PHX, the place that he chose to extend his contract. The deal wasn't a "sign and trade me". The team was bad when he resigned and they are bad now. Shut up and play.

And as for Knight. He gets whatever million a year and was sabre metricly the worst player in the league last year. He's in no position to dictate anything. Heal your knee. Shut up and play...better.

Bledsoe has been a model teammate and citizen his entire stay here. Complain about his play if you want, but I think it's simply inaccurate to complain about his attitude. I don't blame him one second for wanting out. He's in his prime and stuck with a bunch of teenagers who won't be ready until he's over 30. It's not his fault we never found someone better for him to play with. He's going to look much better as some teams 3rd option.

Wish we get a 1stR (even if it comes attached to a non-expiring contract), but this tweet lowers the value and at this point you have to sideline him, to prevent injury and to keep him from sucking on the court.

Chandler should be on his way out too (or at least not play again).

Would LAC give us Beverly for Bledsoe? Maybe Beverly and another piece? I think PB would be a great backcourt complement to Booker.

They would be out of their mind to make that deal. I've watched almost all of both Clippers games and Beverly has been their best guard so far. Having him on the perimeter with Jordan rim protecting is working out really well for their defense.
