Probably the best thing Knight could do is get healthy and play overseas next year - the schedule is lighter and he needs to show he can play before he’ll get a decent offer.

Wow
Big fan of his going in to last year's draft but his FG% is really limiting him....

He’s not the pg we need. I’d stay away
Re: Around the League: Week 10 12/17-12/23
He's too much of a low-percentage chucker. Not a good fit with a ball-dominant distributor like Luka because he wants the ball in his hands too much. I think players like DSJ will be low-value players in the current/future NBA because they are inefficient and do badly in advanced metrics. At the guard and wing positions, you want 3-and-D guys, distributing ballhandlers, and so on. Not poor-shooting chuckers.

Luka Legend.

I don't know. I don't think I would give up more than Josh and the Milwaukee pick but he's much much better than anything we currently have (and I like Melton!)
Check out this thread from BW at RealGM for some highlights that are pretty tantalizing.

Re: Around the League: Week 10 12/17-12/23
He’s a nice prospect, I just don’t think he’s the type of pg I want next to Booker. There is a reason Dallas wants to move him as he’s not a good fit with a ball dominant wing(Doncic) Booker would present the same problem. Melton makes a lot more sense as the type of pg that I’d want.

Here are his stats. This year he is averaging 13.0 ppg on 43/35/66 shooting (oof), 4.0 ast, 3.0 reb, 1.3 stl, 3.3 tov in 28.4 mpg. He's scoring more than I thought he'd be, but those percentages are pretty mediocre.

Besides the huge difference in FGAs/points, they are pretty similar first years.

Oubre straight up for DJJr works. This is a bad time to trade Josh.carey wrote: ↑Tue Dec 25, 2018 8:07 pmI don't know. I don't think I would give up more than Josh and the Milwaukee pick but he's much much better than anything we currently have (and I like Melton!)

Re: Around the League: Week 10 12/17-12/23
Oubre has almost no trade value because of his contract status. That’s why we were able to get him for Ariza, who also has almost no trade value.JCSunsfan wrote: ↑Wed Dec 26, 2018 12:49 pmOubre straight up for DJJr works.
