I watched their game tonight. They’re amazing at player development. They closed with Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo and 3 guys (2 undrafted, 1 second rounder) 99% of fans have never heard of. They’re constantly identifying and targeting these players from off the scrap heap and turning them into contributors. In the hands of an organization like the Suns, none of these players (other than Butler) would be producing.
The work they’ve done with Adebayo is phenomenal. He’s on the Siakam trajectory and will be a top 25 guy by the end of the year.
They’re also extremely well coached and their players always play hard. Just an amazing culture there.
