Good win. They drive me crazy sometimes when their offense goes stagnant. Hanging onto the ball, no passing, no inside penetration, just hanging out at the three point line and hoisting up a shot when the shot clock runs down. They play great defense sometimes and then no defense for stretches.

Work in progress. A win is a win.

The Suns interior defense was fairly solid.
What kept Boston in the game was Phoenix's lackadaisical guarding of the Celtics at the three-point arc.

They had some really wide open shots.

Haven’t watched yet, but is that due to Frank at the 4 instead of Crowder or Cam?

It wasn't just Frank's guy hitting threes. The Celtics spread it around ... they're a smart team with a better-than-decent coach.

I'm expecting the Suns to come out with energy - this is the first time there will be a small number of fans in the arena - gotta be a nice change of pace for them on their home floor. If they can be balanced on offense and reduce the amount of turnovers compared to the last game, I'm feeling good about it.

They came out strong and focussed. I liked that. But then it seemed like the refs wanted to make a close game and made what I thought were three horrible calls in a row against the Suns early on. I haven’t yelled at my screen like I did today in a long time. And then Ayton got me going with his soft shit act. I actually cheered for Theis when he threw it down with authority. I yelled at the screen, “Show Ayton how it’s done!”

Wouldn’t have been close if the Suns had guarded that little Pritch who was nailing all those threes. Great win though. Balanced scoring.

Look, Frank is only there to play defense, not offense. That’s the only reason he is playing. Enough with this Frank plays offense crap!
