Malik Monk was my guy in that draft. Don't know if you remember that.
I really thought he was going to be better than what he has been. I guess he's starting to break out though, so my evaluation wasn't totally off.

I do remember you guys liking him. I wasn't as sure as y'all were. I was intrigued by him. I thought he would be a good scorer, but needed to land in the right situation, and I didn't think we were the right situation. I would have been ok with him in a trade back situation if we got Jonathan Issac + a guard. But we all know which guard I would have preferred.

I went Fultz-Isaac-Jackson-Ball-Fox-Monk-Tatum-Mitchell
Was high on Mitchell, but not high enough. Too low on Fox, way too low on Tatum. I still think Fultz was a fluke. He was the best prospect. Ball is finding his place, having a good year. Jackson looks like a bust...worst guy in that top 8.
Good to know we can file Malik Monk in the "get's more respect than Booker" category now
I wonder if it is book, or that the entire nba ecosystem hates sarver, and everything suns related by proxy.
The Suns have been bad for essentially 10 years straight. That's a long time. It's easy to disrespect a team that has been bad for that long. Look at teams like the Wolves and Kings. They probably aren't going to get a lot of coverage or respect for their players or ownership / FO until they have recovered and been good for 1-2 years, too.
