I think it would be interesting to let the top 3 seeds pick their opponents. Like the 1 seed gets first choice of anyone 5-8. That solves the problem of say the Clippers getting the 8 seed and then getting Kawhi and PG back and the suns as the 1 seed getting screwed.

Yeah, I want a televised draft where 1-3 of each conference picks their opponent. And honestly, I wouldn't limit it to picking 5-8. Let them pick anyone in the 2-8 spot. Then just go down the line. The part that would make it fun is if a starter from each team had to be there representing.

I don’t know about including 2-4…those teams deserve a reward for getting a top 4 seed. Though I'd let the 1 seed pick their 2nd round opponent from any of the 3 teams.

Kyrie is so good..he could be the best pg in the league if he wanted to. Brooklyn is very locked in and looks like a nightmare for someone in the first round. Congrats on the 1 or 2 seed, your reward is KD/Kyrie in the 1st round…oh and maybe Ben Simmons shows up to.

Harden is having an awful game…playoff atmosphere making him think this is like a game 6?

Bring it on. Kawhi hasn't played in about a year. I'll be happy to play against those guys trying to build chemistry against a well oiled machine that played in the NBA Finals last year, have tremendous chemistry and depth and the best record in the NBA. Plus no Pat Bev trying to severely injure our guys? Sign me up.

I don’t think the 76ers will want any part of Brooklyn in the playoffs. I see them making sure they end up 3 as Brooklyn is pretty locked into the play-in spots and will play either the 1 or 2 seed.

I don't think Giannis is the best player. I would say Giannis and Embiid are pretty comparable as most dominant. But I agree that Jokic is MVP and anyone that bets against Durant in a must-win game is a fool.

I would bet against Durant in a must-win game; his shoes are too big.

:D If he would wear a half inch smaller shoe, I would agree.

lol. I am not saying he never loses. I am saying there isn't a single player that can drive more fear in a single elimination game.

And it is crazy to say that isn't Lebron anymore--only took until he was 37 for it not to be him.

That Denver team is a snake in the grass. I would want no part of them in the first few rounds.

I'd give their bench more than 5 games before I make any assumptions.

I meant to mention that I turned on a Denver game the other day and Davon Reed of all people was on fire. I think he had 16 first half points or something like that. He was taking heat check shots.

I actually liked Davon, or maybe the idea of Davon. Too bad about his early knee injury, still only 26.
