5 games was my gut reaction, but then I didn't think Adam Silver would have the balls to do it.

I've heard some people joke that Draymond had been waiting for a chance to go at Rudy for a long time, which is part of the reason for his overreaction.

I think there's some truth to that, but I'm sure he'd think a little more carefully if he knew it would cost him $750K.

And for what? Everyone is just laughing him because he looks like a moron again, what is he trying to prove?

Well, yeah, that too.

We both know he has a screw loose with this kind of stuff, so logic is off of the table.

It's such a stain on what is a pretty good career, it's like watching Morant try to be hood, bleh.

If the Warriors were to miss the playoffs by 1-2 games, or be pushed down into the play-in by 1-2 games, folks will point to this suspension.

I still don’t get the logic that Klay and McDaniels can do what they did on the court, but Amare and Diaw stand up from the bench and they get a game suspension.

I don't have access to read this article, but Tom Haberstroh thinks Gobert is right that Draymond Green does tend to get himself thrown out of games where Steph isn't playing:

I agree that's really stupid, but we do have a totally different commissioner now. Not sure we would have had the same result today.

So TMZ released Ring Doorbell video footage of Oubre coming home after his bike accident. But new twist...so far police haven't been able to find any evidence he was struck by a car?

Spoiler: show/hide

What are the odds that he crashed his bike doing some type of jump and that's how he hurt himself? On top of that, what are the odds that it would violate his contract?

Very good point. Most of these guys have contracts restricting dangerous activities. He could be trying to hide what really happened.

The answer to the question is in the question. He's riding a 20" BMX bike.

Here’s what the Uniform Player Contract says about it:
The Player and the Club acknowledge and agree that the Player's participation in other sports may impair or destroy his ability and skill as a basketball player. The Player and the Club recognize and agree that the Player's participation in basketball out of season may result in injury to him. Accordingly, the Player agrees that he will not engage in sports endangering his health or safety (including, but not limited to, professional boxing or wrestling, motorcycling, moped-riding, auto racing, sky-diving and hang- gliding); and that, except with the written consent of the Club, he will not engage in any game or exhibition of basketball, football, baseball, hockey, lacrosse or other athletic sport, under penalty of such fine and suspension as may be imposed by the Club and/or the Commissioner of the Association. Nothing contained herein shall be intended to require the Player to obtain the written consent of the Club in order to enable the Player to participate, in as an amateur, the sport of golf, tennis, handball, swimming, hiking, softball or volleyball.
A number of years ago, Jay Williams had his contract voided when he was injured in a motorcycle accident, which is explicitly prohibited. It doesn’t say anything explicitly about stunt riding the BMX, if that’s what he was doing, so it’s in a grayer area.

Cam Johnson has a +15 in 16 minutes in a game his team trails by six. Nobody else is positive for the Nets.

He also has five fouls, so he just sits on the bench while things get worse. Nets now down 12 entering the fourth.

One of my favorite things is Cam Johnson being so much better than Coby White who was shocked that Cam even went in the first round.
