What do the wizards need him for? Hoping he plays well and they trade him at the deadline I guess
Seems like a weird fit to me as well. I think you’re right that they’ll try to flip him for assets at the deadline

Why does it feel like the Suns have the worst C rotation in the NBA?

That’s the only explanation that makes sense. What’s wild is that on a per year basis he’s earning less than Holmes.

Rather have Nwora than Okogie.

Ya that’s a solid move…Harden/Mann/DJJ/Kawhi/Zubac is still a really nice team(with the obligatory “if they stay healthy”)….Not gonna be winning the title, but a playoff team still. Norman Powell and Amir Coffey off the bench too.

And Westbrook… and Theis? Still something there to sell tickets at the new arena.

Can someone explain to me why Bamba is so bad? Low BBallIQ? Wasn’t he supposed to be a super cerebral player coming out?

3 teams and none of them have managed to get him to consistently play hard or develop a skill. At least, that's my analysis.

He has all the tools... so motor is the issue? I think he has something like a 7'8 or 7'9 wingspan... and he shoots threes willingly if not particularly successfully.

Oh well, no thanks then, even if he's a Bartelstein agent. Guess we don't want another big guy who thinks he should play the 4.

It looked like George was going to Philly for a while. Embiid, PG and Maxey all take a lot of shots generally. I wonder who takes fewer when they’re all fit.

Do we have a chance at Batum for the minimum?

I never truly believed he'd leave LA.

Not great business by the Clips, but I also think they're not terribly worried about it. From their perspective, the franchise is basically being re-born and most of the league would like to play in LA in the right situation.

I’d say they are secretly happy about this. Probably in the end the same outcome, first round playoff exit, but a hell of a lot cheaper in terms of luxury tax payments.

Oubre back in Philly too. THink they've added some much needed firepower on the perimeter with PG and EG, adding McCain in the draft and keeping Oubre. Probably more volume scorers than anything but they needed that juice. Could be a fun and/or frustrating team to watch.
