We play better with Tyus on the bench. I like Tyus but he doesn’t manipulate defenses and is bad defensively. There’s reason why he’s a back up pg. not all is his fault, his bread and butter is pnr and with our current bigs being garbage isn’t helping him. I just think Tyus can’t play when Beal/Booker are both on the court or when Nurk is on the court…that’s why probably means he can start, but he can’t play a ton of minutes and can’t finish games. Agreed. No reason why Oso shouldn’t be getting 20mins plus a night. Even if he has bad games, we gotta live and die with those. He’s a rookie, It’s only gonna help Oso. There was another play near this one where they trapped Book and the ball got to Oso in the paint, he drew the defense and found KD wide open for 3…was very simple but one of the few times I’ve seen us handle the double well.
