Trading KD for a marginal return would be idiotic this summer. They have to ditch Beal.

It’s not idiotic, it’s the only reasonable option. We are not winning a title with KD. We had 3 chances.

I just don’t think a Beal trade exists

At least Paul George plays defense.

Trading KD for a marginal return of role players and pick(s) would be idiotic especially because it wouldn't get the Suns any closer to winning a title.

It's plainly obvious that Booker and KD are enough offensive firepower, they have to get the other stuff right. More youth and athleticism, but most importantly, dump Brad Beal.

I’m not sure Beal is the problem in the equation…can you find a team that will give up anything of value?

A Beal trade needs to accomplish something:

1. A useful player
2. Salary relief to get under the 2nd Apron

I just don’t think you’re getting that without attaching picks and/or players.

There is 1 good thing about this recent uptick in play, even if we don’t ultimately do anything in the postseason:

It’s giving life to the thought of the suns keeping KD. That alone should raise offers…KD is also playing like a top 5 guy in the league right now. Who knew a 36 year old could still raise their trade value.

He's absolutely the problem from my perspective. He's duplicitous with Booker and is a massive drag on the team when he's unavailable on such a high salary.

I agree with the rest of what you said, but they have to find a solution.

Right, I'm not against trading KD.

I'm against giving him away for spare parts, which has been the tone of the past month.
