How many turnovers is Goodwin going to cause in the last two minutes of the game?

I think you flush it and move on. The only real concern is the play from the 5 spot.SwingMan wrote:The Thomas alley-oop off the glass to Goodwin illustrates my concern - with the exception of Dragic, Thomas, Warren and, maybe, Bledsoe, nobody's head is in the game. Whether it's Monday or they're playing down to the competition in the sense that they're taking the Rockets lightly due to the absence of Howard & Harden, it's disconcerting.

Looks like 2 separate thoughts to me.
My mistake, I didn't see the mention of Tolliver.carey wrote:INFORMER wrote:I'm really not sure what Warren has to do with Channing Frye.djy2j wrote:I love me some TJ Warren. Tolliver will fill in for Frye just fine. Remember Frye would get hot for 10 games and then be ice cold for the next 10

I had hoped the Suns would have drafted him, and I still like him as a prospect, but I think "steal of the draft" is a considerable overstatement.carey wrote: Nick Johnson is probably the steal of the entire draft.
Yeah, I figured you'd say as much. I don't think he is the best player in the draft but relative to draft position (42nd) & future salary I believe him to be the biggest steal. I guess we'll see.INFORMER wrote:I had hoped the Suns would have drafted him, and I still like him as a prospect, but I think "steal of the draft" is a considerable overstatement.carey wrote: Nick Johnson is probably the steal of the entire draft.
He's supposed to be evaluated on Wednesday.Danimal wrote:Will Len be back for the next one?
Just enough that the Suns should've handled a team missing their top 2 players, is all.The Bobster wrote:I think that people are putting so much weight in an early preseason performance is disconcerting.
Anthony Tolliver and Earl Barron led them in minutes for chrissakes.
Its not as if we were playing to win. Someone named Joe Jackson ran the point for seven minutes. Gerald Green played 7 minutes etc.SwingMan wrote:Just enough that the Suns should've handled a team missing their top 2 players, is all.The Bobster wrote:I think that people are putting so much weight in an early preseason performance is disconcerting.

It was the Rockets home crew. It's really tough to listen to ol' Bill Worrell.carey wrote:The opening of the broadcast gave us zero information about the Suns & we get 3 Rocket homers as broadcasters including Clyde the Glide.
For a team with a dearth of big men, I think Earl Barron has been stepping up nicely.OE32 wrote:Thomas ripping up Rockets' back-up guards - all according to plan.![]()
Randolph just doesn't provide the interior D we need. I think Len would do a better job for us. God, it feels good to write that.
Preseason. That might be all he gets the rest of the way.specialsauce wrote:Why the hell is Joe Jackson getting PT over Ennis or Goodwin?
I wouldn't mind not seeing him play another minute for the Suns.Superbone wrote:For a team with a dearth of big men, I think Earl Barron has been stepping up nicely.OE32 wrote:Thomas ripping up Rockets' back-up guards - all according to plan.![]()
