I may be nitpicking here, but I don't think he is a ball stopper. He may have possession a lot, and end up shooting it, but he does keep the ball moving, even if it is in his hands. It isn't like a guy who as soon as he touches the ball he shoots it, or holds it for 10 seconds standing around so the defense gets set, sends over a double team, and boxes out for the board.
Agreed, in reality he's no more of a ball stopper than green or the Morris twins. The ball is in his hands more, but that's because he's the pg and he's often sharing the backcourt with green, who we don't want doing too much dribbling

Anyone want to give it a shot?
Mine would be Chris Paul, Eric Gordon, Carmelo Anthony, Josh Smith, and Chris Kaman.

The SuperCavs, or Paul, Kobe, Melo, Griffin, and probably Howard.

It just looks worse because when he drives he doesn't always look for the wide open big for a dunk and instead takes a tough shot. He makes a lot of them but it just leaves you scratching your head.

Why does OKC keep trying to win with an Ibaka 3-PT at the buzzer?

Because Nick Collison can't get the ball inbound.
Think Reggie Jackson was the 1st option on both plays to end the game..

The whole time I read this I couldn't stop thinking, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YOU FUCKERS DESERVE THIS!!!"
Probably a bit disrespectful to Nash at this moment in time, but I am happy as a clam he's had to go through this inevitable part of his career while on the Lakers roster.

I've always loved his game...I love Kemba Walker's too, ever since UCONN and that crossover he had at the MSG.

Via Zillgitt, "Smart diagnosed with sprain and bone bruise. According to Ainge initial estimate is that he'll miss two to three weeks.
While Timberwolves announced G Ricky Rubio is out indefinitely with a significantly sprained left ankle, I'm told he could miss 7-8 weeks."

Tim MacMahon wrote:In three seasons with the Houston Rockets, Parsons had only four games in which he shot 20 percent or worse with at least 10 field goal attempts. He’s had two such performances in his first two weeks with the Mavs.
The Mavs can consider that a fluke. If it were the beginning of a trend for their $46 million man, Parsons wouldn’t be the only one who felt sick.

Mismatch of the game: Miami small forward Luol Deng scored 30 points on 13-of-18 shooting. Mavs small forward Chandler Parsons scored four points on 1-of-9 shooting. Guess which guy got the much bigger contract in free agency this summer?

12 points, 8 rebounds, 5 blocks for Chris Kaman off the bench tonight in 19 minutes. I really liked Portland picking him up in the offseason.

Lakers need to put at least 29 more of these games together.
